I just TRIED to do a whole kitchen today!!! This guy WAS likable until I realized he leaves out important points and my FLOOR IS A MESS!!!! Unfortunately, the safest and best and longest way to remove the "coating" is with a razor blade scraper..not kidding...At least you know what you're removing..The stripper? He could say the name and try to sell it!!! I don't believe it works as he says. Notice no comments in a long time. Back to stripper..OMG....worse than scraping..all sorts of stuff( dark) comes up AND..the dark red tiles probably shouldn't be fooled with..NOTHING COMES UP SCRAPING OR WITH STRIPPER..Maybe when I figure it all out..I'll do a YT video. I am very upset and cannot get the proper info..water vs oil-based sealer? Most IMPORTANT: WHAT CHEMICAL MELTS IT?????????????..Of course the tile turned dark ..HE WET IT!!!! Any real professionals out there??? Contact me please.

How many guys would it take to let’s say strip 1500 sqft of this floor with out machine ? And how long would it take ?

Thanks for this. For those who have complained that he doesn’t reveal the product he is using to strip, he mentions in this and in at least one other video that he has it mixed for him and that it is available from him.

So had a guy “redo” the neighbors grout on the terrace terra cotta tiles in our condo. After seeing the job he’s doing I think I’d better do it myself. I’ve done bathroom regrout but not outdoor any Advice would be greatly appreciated I’m in Puerto Rico.

What sealer stripper/cleaner do you use for outdoor saltillo installations?

For 1, you can't get the stripper at home depot or any other hardware store, 2 its a chemical with no water in it and i had it custom made into a liquid instead of a semi paste or jelly, its VERY expensive per gallon. Are you people prepared to spend $50.00 per gallon plus shipping and handling? Each gallon weighs 8 lbs. For instance if you have 500 square feet then you probably need 20 to 25 gallons depending on the thickness of the sealer on your floor. Keep in mind you will need a shit ton of materials such as rags, brushes, buckets, sealers, floor polish, cleaners, scrub pads, FANS for ventilation. Look, I've been doing this for 25+ years, my method is the only method, the best method. Don't waste your time doing it any other way unless you are prepared to do it the way I show you. If you are serious about making an order send me an e-mail fritz_wittmann@yahoo.com
