    This is the best GSwitch Tutorial I ever saw. No, really, I mean it, nobody explains the opposite arm for example, because it comes automatically when you drill your Gainers, but I think that's important to say why you need to keep it straight. Actually I can GSwitch, but I need to drill them more for a swing, maybe soon :P ^^

    I never thought about to pull my arms to the right as to the center of my body... and above all it worked ALOT better.. thanks to you Brendan :)!

      Mark H. This is the best tutorial I've found for first landing it! But drilling Touchdown gainer switched (the first triple cork setup) is super helpful

    I needed this!I only have access to a gym once a week and live in rainy N. Ireland so training outside becomes a bit of an issue.Any at home stretching/conditioning you can recommend? I would love to see a section demonstrating this in future tutorials.

    I love all of this! I actually just filmed my own gainer switch video but haven't compiled the footage yet. You just set a really high bar for gswitch tutorials and now i'm scared!
    This is a seriously awesome video though. Good job man.

    Hey Brendan, Thx for the tutorial! I can Gswitch on a tramp but ive only done it on the floor 2 times in the same session. That was recently but I can't bring myself to connect two gainers. Are there any exercises I can work on to get me closer to throwing more Gswitches?

    • @BrendanMorrisonTricking
      @BrendanMorrisonTricking  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Drill! Drill! Drill! from the way it sounds you're doing everything right. do 50 G switches every session! if you can land it and not get injured then its drill time!

    Whats the best prereq for this? Isnt a gainer flash or just a normal gainer? I feel like its a gainer flash.

    • @BrendanMorrisonTricking
      @BrendanMorrisonTricking  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Jomar Beran Gainer, Gainer flash, backflip, cart switch, & back handspring are all helpful. Knowing more is always better than knowing less 🙏🏼

    hey so i had gainer flash pretty solid, so i thought to try a gainer switch and i new i had to swtich my leg pretty hard, so i kick my left leg and switch my right. Anyways as i tried it and came down, i landed pretty low and then i hurt my switch leg, got a high ankle sprain :/ i feel like i wasnt to far from the skill but not sure why or how i hurt myself, you think it has to do with the angle of my hips?

    • @BrendanMorrisonTricking
      @BrendanMorrisonTricking  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      AlaaKnowsAll maybe, I would need video to see but staying on the balls of your feet can help with soft landings
