Don't compile them, it's gives more of a feeling of doing the challenge together when you upload it in little snippets like you did with the abs challenge :)

I can only manage about 5 maximum at the moment lol, but a working process in the making 😅, also was going through the weather app looking at what the weather is like around the world and saw that there are thunderstorms on going in Detroit 😮
Really liking the idea of this challenge, back in covid days I used to challenge myself to do pushups every day, too It's a ruff start for the first days / week but once you get rolling you'll be able to do more and more with ease :) (I wanted to do +5 every day (spread out through the day tho) and when I started 20 was sort of all I could do at once, a few weeks in I did 200+ a day in sets of 30 with small breaks and reached a max of 50ish at once)

I was really motivated after watching this and I got down and did 20 push-ups. My elbows were out , so improper form but I was excited.💪

Real push-ups are hard, in the military are used for punishment so it’s harsh 💪
I haven't worked out in a while. I bike ride everyday. I am fit. Slim to skinny, muscular toned. So, YES! I WANNA DO IT WITH YOU!

Let’s start with 4 reps/set for 5 sets first week, and then 5 reps for 4 sets next week…. I think you will see a lot of improvement!

I honestly don't think your form is all that bad. You do seem to tilt forward a bit but it doesn't really look that bad to me.
