Lobotomy Corporation Speedrun

This speedrun utilises the mechanics of We Can Change Anything, Portrait From Another World and Shelter From The 27th of March. Since an employee that sits in the shelter is immortal, we can use portrait to redirect the damage from WCCA and get almost infinite energy. Unfortunately, there is a safe system, and employee in WCCA starts taking damage and dies eventually. So we need to improve the red defences of the employee in WCCA to get the most amount of energy in a short amount of time.
This technique greatly reduces time for boring and mental energy consuming grinding section of the game, making speedrunning this game way more enjoyable. This run was my 5th attempt, and I already got the WR for NG+, even considering that I got unlucky with the shelter dropping on the central department. I had runs where I got all three tools in the first three departments.
It is possible to do the run in sub two hours. I can beat this record, but I did this run as a proof of concept and I hope this will spark a speedrunning community for this game. Perhaps there was a version of the game where the WCCA didn't have a safe system, and that would make speedrunning even more efficient.

You can do it a little faster by sending employees near the door to a room where you're going to send an employee beforehand but that'll require inhumane levels of management especially nearing the end Xd

I am holding ctrl to skip all dialogue. I actually didn't know it existed before playing Library of Ruina and just randomly trying it in LC as well

@@checkandmate4703 Aha. You're the first english speaker I've seen whose blue "DAY X" dialogue runs as quickly as the other speedrunners I've seen. It's consistent across 3-4 different people so I don't think it's a mod, but it moves at a much faster clip than what I'm used to so I've been wondering if it's just computer specs, or a memory setting that makes it run faster, or what.
In an ideal world we'd have a timer that cut those load times out; but in the meanwhile I'm wondering how you guys all got that to move so efficiently.

What I'm seeing is that the qliphoth meltdown shows a number and then all of a sudden doesn't happen, maybe I am just dumb, I don't know

Qliphoth meltdowns are a timer if to work with the abno. If failed to meet then the abnormality gets 1 less qliphoth
