sir, 1tb harddrive with 8 camera setup kitne din tak ki storage ko capture kar sakta hai and agar harddisk full ho gayi to precious recording automatic delete ho jaati hai ya manuallly delete karni padti hai

Kitna Storage capture karega ye aapke Camera k Resolution pe depend karta hai so agar aap apne Camera ka Resolution yani kitne MP ka hai wo batayenge to ham aapko exact bta sakte hai.
HDD full hone k Baad previous data Automatic delete hota rehta hai. Suppose that agar aapka Hardisk 10 days ki recording store kar raha hai to hamesha aapko 10 days ki recording milegi.

what to do if laptop does not recognise dvr, with cable & find new hardware ?
If your Laptop Lan Port is ok than definitely it will recognise your dvr.
May be sometime you have different brand dvr and you don't know which IP finder tool used in that case you can use Advanced IP Scanner and find out your dvr NVR ip

You can use any PC But there should be LAN Port in your CPU or if u r using Laptop than LAN Port should be in your laptop.

Sir main CCTV installer hu. Main ajj ek customer k paas geya tha unke paas Broadband or Monitor/TV kuch bhi nhi hain baas ek laptop hain. Abhi customer mujhe bol raha hain ki mujhe laptop mein hi view dekhna hain. Q ki yea DVR brand new hain to password kya du? Please help me

Can I connect with HDMI cable
Hi Furqan Ji,
Yes you can connect with HDMI to Monitor not with CPU.
If you will connect DVR to Monitor through HDMI or VGA in that case you won't get access to Laptop.
If you want to access with Laptop in that case you have to go with only LAN connectivity.

Remove your HDD and then check what's the status. Plz also Check in your Power Adapter Voltage to Multimeter. How much Voltage coming.

You just connect your Laptop to same wifi those wifi your dvr is connected and then with the help of DVR IP Address login your dvr in your computer then you can access your dvr.

Actually you didn't assign dvr Series IP in your laptop or computer so that's why it's not opening in explorer or any browser so you have to assign the same dvr Series of IP to your computer.

Both laptop and dvr or NVR ip should be same range, I mean both laptop and dvr or NVR should be in same network then only you can login your dvr or NVR in your laptop.
Either you have to change your dvr IP or your Laptop.

@@eas3rMC in that case you have to change your Laptop IP.... Put your Laptop IP in DVR IP range then login your dvr in any browser, you'll be able to login.
