Putin knows this but not everything of course.
Just the fact that they are admitting to the existence of UFOs means that they are working closely with extraterrestrials and that they pose no danger to the planet.

And an evolved aquatic species would explain the seeming interest of these things in our nuclear facilities, it's simple self interest. In 1975, in Belgrade, Serbia (Former Yugoslavia), there was 3 UFO, one big and two smaller. They were flying mostly in spots above the military base and the whole military was alerted about this. The military thought that this was some kind of attack from the neighboring country Hungary and once these objects started flying off, military aircraft started following them and 3 Mig aircraft crashed after they started shooting at the object. Two pilots died from this event. We have a documentary on this topic where you can hear military personnel speaks about it but there is no English translation, unfortunately.

The last time I counted Hangars at Area 51 there were 24, and we know that the B2 stealth bombers are based at a Base in Missouri, B1's are scattered at a number of Bases, the F117 stealth fighters are basically retired - so what are they hiding in all those Hangars at Area 51??

Also there have been collisions in the 50's when objects have impacted some of our military planes.
My grandma saw one hovering over a house out by Joliet MT. Freaked her out. I was a child. Maybe around 1988. MT has a lot of strange stuff.

These Navy men seem very nervous and like they are withholding quite a lot to Congress. They show up with the shittiest footage, and clearly are being misleading.

U.F.O. which I personally saw, recorded - it was last year, for some reason they got interested in me because literally 3 times in a row [day after day] they appeared to me more or less in the same area of the sky as I was riding my bike from the field. I managed to record twice, the third time I took out the camera too late. The object stood still and then flew away with tremendous acceleration. The second sight, it was already evening - then I also recorded the very moment of departure - the object fired with a powerful acceleration, leaving a glow of "atomic light" behind. Moving on to the first sight - suddenly on a bright, sunny day a very bright, unusual, large star appeared to me - I took out the camera and immediately gave a powerful zoom of up to x500. U.F.O. it stood still for a dozen or so seconds, then it fired, disappeared ... I managed to capture a few seconds with a huge zoom. It was primarily a ball of light, from which some "dome" emerged, some "probes" were pulled out, etc ... It was very difficult to tune this object, keep it in the frame at such a huge zoom ... Of course, I can send the source materials to those interested, but I made a cut-scene of the most important moment with a reduction of up to 1% !!! I am sending a link to the above-mentioned video:

What you recorded out in the sky was just a planet, possibly Venus.
Neither of the clips prove anything. First one is an atmospheric condition, maybe sun dogs. It could be the moon or a planet. When zoomed in 500x it gets distorted. In second video, the 'object' is not moving, you are while holding camera.

At around 59 minutes I find it infuriating that the two people who are suppose to be leading this new project seem clueless and uninformed on anything that might actually be real and or some of the most important cases of UFO. Considering that the military doesn't like to release secret technology for decades after their use (Stealth bomber for example), it makes me think Pais' work has been around in some form for a long time. If I am allowed to really speculate... perhaps now they are releasing it because an enemy country has also come out with the tech, or the information was leaked/hacked. At that point, we might as well release it. Also since you brought up Bob Lazar... At one point during the Joe Rogan podcast, he did hint that a "dimensional bubble" might be created around a craft so that it isn't interacting with any resistance or influences like gravity/friction, etc... it was an off-hand comment and they didn't dwell on it... so I do find it funny that the military is now verifying that exact technology.

Why do they have these boomers handling the technology, like when they are trying to show the orb that is flying by quickly.
