My friend ! Yo forget to talk about our people. We are very friendly and hospitality. We welcome tourist and foreigners with a big smile. We are very helpful and hard workers.
Ronin, Thank you for your wonderful video. I am so happy you make this possible. El Salvador has changed a lot in the last year. I'm so proud to say I fell a lot more safe in El Salvador than in New York or Miami. I live in Canada for over 30 year and now I rather go to El Salvador. If any of you have the oportunity to visit El Salvador, I sugest to visit Suchitoto and their wonderful culture. Every Savadorian is so reach in culture and education.
The number one best reason to move to El Salvador is: Its people, coolest and caring people on earth.....and of course its beaches, its mountains, its volcanos. its lakes, the food and the women....yeah!
I enjoyed your video. I was in El Salvador 🇸🇻 in 1983 and spent several day's in San Salvador 🇸🇻 also San Miguel. While in San Salvador I stayed at the Hotel Leon which was near the *national cathedral (*where Arch Bishop Romero was murdered). The civil war was going on back then and it was a bit dangerous to travel around the county. Back then tourists had to get a visa to enter El Salvador 🇸🇻. I entered El Salvador 🇸🇻 by road (from Belize 🇧🇿). The United States dollar is the official currency of El Salvador 🇸🇻.
My uncle and my parents have live in El Salvador now after retiring, cost of living is very cheap and the country itself is doing very now. I think it's a good option to retire 🤠

I'm planing to retire this year after 44 years living in USA. Going back to my land. Can not wait. Now El Salvador is really safety. We have the best. President in the world, Nayib bukele. He is only year and a half as a president and he have make a lot of changes for the good of the country as well for the people. I feel really trustfully to move and leave peacefully. If there is more people that are planning to do the same, maybe we can connect and form a group of retired friends to chill out. Let me know what do you think of this idea. Blessings.
I love your idea :). I am so ready to be there and absolutely agree with your comments regarding Bukele. It feels like I'm heading to the land of opportunity! He is following the playbook of Nations that become great :). (From what I hear so far). Anyhow, I'd love to hear more about what you are thinking in terms of community... Aloha
The part about the Healthcare, you could have been talking about the United States; “the level of care depends on how much you can afford; Also the part about crime. Great to hear. I was originally (and for many years) planning on moving to Costa Rica. It was an easy shift since they joined the IMF and Bukele understands Bitcoin.

One thing I'd like to add is that no matter how much you eat original Salvadorian food you don't gain any weight because 97% of the food is Natural "ORGANIC FOOD" take my word for it.
For those who think that El Savador only has criminal groups and is dangerous, let me tell you that that almost does not exist in El Salvador, now it is safer than a few years ago, besides that El Salvador no longer appears on the list of the most violent countries and It does not appear in the 50 most dangerous cities in the world, security has been reinforced and now it is very safe, not 100% possible, but 70% safe.
