It's apparently Beauty and the Beast inspired. I'll be honest, I can't keep up with the intricacies of the story line in the music videos like I used to. I just appreciate the art haha. (And yes, Felix is dressed custom by Louis Vuitton 😉)
Actually Felix wrote and produced this song based on Beauty and the Beast from the pov of the beast. Belle, Gaston, Beast and of course the lyrics "Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme". He talked about the inspiration and the symbolism for it at concerts and on socials. He has two other solos but this is the first solo mv. Deep End is based on Road to Teribithia and showcases his crazy vocal range from his deep baritone all the way to a beautiful falsetto and everything in between. It's definitely emotional. Rev It Up is an unreleased song that he performed on the 5 Star tour and focuses more on his cave bass vocals and raps and is very hype and energetic. He is a global ambassador and contributor for LV and walked the runway for them this year so he wears a lot of LV clothing, accessories and jewelry. In fact LV custom made the fits for his performances of this song on tour. There's a bts video LV put out recently for the Sydney performance and also for this mv.
