People forget how great of a shooter steve nash was. most think of his passing/playmaking ability, rightfully so. one of the most underrated shooters of all time.
John Zhou agreed bro penny and Grant era was pretty cool, though I think the both of them fell short due mostly to injury, none the less they had their moments!
Wow lol.. These teams competed this game. I like how in the old days teams played there heart out in a regular season games more leading to the playoffs
J-Will was a good player and flashy passer but he wasnt the leader in a point guard position that every team need, for that reason he was traded for Bibby to the Grizzlies when he was in the Sacramento. With this trade the Kings became in a contender in the WC.
still can't believe a short white dude from South Africa who grew up playing soccer dominated the NBA for 2 straight years as MVP... #SteveNashTheRealDeal
I'm both biggest J-Will and Nash fan and the truth is they both had biggest best careers of their teams versus each other in Sacramento (Highest) Memphis, Miami, Orlando for Williams. Phoenix, Dallas, LA for Nash. White Chocolate has outstanding awesome games with Sacramento lot of fans loved him and Miami he's a champion of course and Nash was favorite of Mavericks and most improved loved player of Phoenix. As for Golden State Steve has his first ring with them this year They both won a ring with champion teams as for JWill in Kings career and Nash in Suns career they are/deserve to be real champions on their rookie started careers and Nash is real champion on Phoenix. I watch all the highlights and official games from JWill back in 99 to 11 and Nash from 99 to 13. Today kids will never know about these flashiest players and always saying that people today and social media always talking about that cause they are entertaining players and fun to watch than today NBA players today.
I remember Jason Williams having some monster first halfs for the Heat and then disappearing in the second. I don't know if it was his knees or the coach or what? It was weird
I'll always say Nash was the best PG the game has seen OFFENSIVELY. His defense was terrible. His shooting & play making was impeccable. He had eagle sight for the game that was unpredictable.
The heat got swept by the bulls in 07 and besides wade, the team was injured all year. you'd be a fool to actually believe that they could even compete with a team like the pistons, let alone the spurs
Michael Oates oh come on. we both know that's not true. the whole team went to shit after winning a ring. shaq managed to play in even less games than the previous year and he regressed badly that season. sure he wasn't prime shaq but he was still the second best player on the team. Their next best healthy player was Haslem. Come on now
James Lockman although Nash has 2 MVP's, both didn't win a championship however Nash never reached a championship game. Stockton faced the GOAT 2x in the Finals. Stockton has the most assist in NBA history and steals. Stockton>>>>>>>Nash
nah he was the perfect fit for the miami..he didn't care about scoring and give the ball to his teamates when they need it..he wasn't ball dominant like todays guards..the social media show to the world how exciting player he was..what's wrong with that?
That sucked, why the hell was shaq taking the clutch shots,he sucked at the line, they would have had a much better chance of winning had they let Williams shoot, even when he had the pull up 3 he chose to pass it,kind of strange, they said he was struggling from deep but idk maybe Jason Williams just wasn't one of those guys who wanted the ball with the game on the line, but he was a pretty good shooter and should have at least had a shot at winning or tyeing the game up,just my opinion
People forget how great of a shooter steve nash was. most think of his passing/playmaking ability, rightfully so. one of the most underrated shooters of all time.
A.R. Smith
Nash was curry before curry
50/40/90
Efficient, Playmaker and dependable but not the scorer Curry is.
I don't think anybody forgot
What they really forget about is his defensive. 🔥
Nash is one of the best shooter in NBA history.
Penny and Grant Hill both in starting lineup in 2007!
Miss the old days!
John Zhou man they were nasty during the 90s though!!!
John Zhou agreed bro penny and Grant era was pretty cool, though I think the both of them fell short due mostly to injury, none the less they had their moments!
I was surprised to see grant and penny mid 2000s
This is a great video Steve Nash was crazy good in the 4th
Dawkins this past week you've been dropping heat keep up the good work man
I just came to watch white chocolate
AJ R23 u dont like nash?
Nash >>>>>>>>>>>> white chocolate
I really like Nash a lot but Williams much more by his style, it doesnt mean that White Chocolate is better than Nash
Based Samurai Williams have amazing assist even his assists ain't average at 10 assists. His elbow passed that he created was legendary
Nash starts at 6:28
Nash is one of my all time favorite guards
Wow lol.. These teams competed this game. I like how in the old days teams played there heart out in a regular season games more leading to the playoffs
Taylor Innovator J. Ferguson Yep they didn't quit until it was over
nash was so awesome in his prime....so quick and could bust your head all day
J-Will was a good player and flashy passer but he wasnt the leader in a point guard position that every team need, for that reason he was traded for Bibby to the Grizzlies when he was in the Sacramento. With this trade the Kings became in a contender in the WC.
I watched this live and Nash just buried my squad in this game.
Keywan Bernard i
still can't believe a short white dude from South Africa who grew up playing soccer dominated the NBA for 2 straight years as MVP... #SteveNashTheRealDeal
Ten-Seng Guh he grew up in Victoria canada. His parents are South African
true but the point still stands
Can you make a video of Shawn Marion? He had like 20+ rebounds in this game. He's possibly a hall of famer
I'm both biggest J-Will and Nash fan and the truth is they both had biggest best careers of their teams versus each other in Sacramento (Highest) Memphis, Miami, Orlando for Williams. 4:30 Bruhhh my nigga Shawn Marion though😭😭
My favourite player william but Nash was also brilliant
I remember Jason Williams having some monster first halfs for the Heat and then disappearing in the second. I don't know if it was his knees or the coach or what? It was weird

2 of my favorite point guards of all time
If only prime kobe, nash and Howard played togethor
Adam Leon shaq *
Togethor Forevor no mattor how long.
love them roasting marion
Like for more J will highlights
DuPont high baby
Nash went crazy in the 4th my gawd
Nasty took over there. How much did Amare screw in this game?
Steve Nash is honestly the greatest of all time.
great duel but did anyone saw that starting lineup? penny hardaway and grant hill are both starting
never knew penny was with the heat ha!
Do Jason Williams Highlights vs Clippers April 19, 1999
Was Dwyane Wade Not Playing?
Nope Wade missed 50 games this year
The heat got swept by the bulls in 07 and besides wade, the team was injured all year. you'd be a fool to actually believe that they could even compete with a team like the pistons, let alone the spurs
Michael Oates oh come on. we both know that's not true. the whole team went to shit after winning a ring. shaq managed to play in even less games than the previous year and he regressed badly that season. sure he wasn't prime shaq but he was still the second best player on the team. Their next best healthy player was Haslem. Come on now
Still, steve nash, is the best for me, he has a different way to pass or assist
Nash going nuclear at the end
I'd love to see this duel but from 2003 when both were in their primes
Nash pulled a Brett Favre there
B4 there was a rondo,there was a J-Will
greatest whiteboy pointgaurds off all time
Ruben Restrepo Nahh John Stockton has that title
Joser Zman Nash >>>> Stockton
James Lockman although Nash has 2 MVP's, both didn't win a championship however Nash never reached a championship game. Stockton faced the GOAT 2x in the Finals. Stockton has the most assist in NBA history and steals. Stockton>>>>>>>Nash
Joser Zman Stockton was never top 6 in MVP voting. Nash won the damn thing twice. Stockton was never the best pg in the league at any given time
Y'all forget about Pistol Pete and Jerry West (if you consider him a PG)
Always loved J.Will
The fact Penny and Shaq was both on this Heat team !
And?
06-07 or 07-08 season?
Williams could have been so much more. Always fun to watch taught like Westbrook today.
where was dwade?
Penny playing SF?
Smush Parker. Wasn’t that the guy Kobe had a beef with and said Smush was the worst player?
White Chocolate!!!
A Suns fan that knows not having d wade hurt j will
Imagine a 6 ft 4 Nash
If nash was only a scorer like curry does... suns would have been a champion
what can you ask more from a guy that shoots 50% from 3 pt line...
Don't 4get y'all Jwill has a Ring
The only problem with nash is that he has no defense. Maybe its because of their run and gun playing style.
The social media era has overrated the fuck out of J-Will, did y'all actually see him play or just watch his highlights?
Just watched highlights they don't realize he shot 40%😂
He is not terrible but he is not a star obviously. Great for highlight reels tho.
no kidding... had a nice handle but his shot was shit and he had low bbiq
nah he was the perfect fit for the miami..he didn't care about scoring and give the ball to his teamates when they need it..he wasn't ball dominant like todays guards..the social media show to the world how exciting player he was..what's wrong with that?
tol jw So what you're saying is that you did just watch the highlights lol? He wasn't even that good tbh, and I'm a Heat fan
4:45 Marionitis
amare lolblyatmire
j will was no match 4 nash... nash is a HOFamer j will is just a decent passer
Decent passer huh?
Russell Westbrook 2k18 rating should be a 97
Barbosasa for 3!!!
I swear shaq choked at the end smh
White chocolate 🔱🔱🔱🔱🔱🐐🐐
nash vas better player.wilimas vas fun to watch but he vas average shoter.Bibby vas way btter than wiliams
Bibby was great at times. Veey streaky
These commentators are too negative
Udonis haslem was complete trash send him to the d league ... Amare got him twice
You're a fool
Why chocolate aren't the MVP? I'm confused with NBA Standard rating,Nash is good , but not as chocolate
White Chocolate is better than Nash
2 time MVP but no ring, still one of the greatest point guards ever
Rorschach 0007 😂😂😂😂😂
Khánh Nguyễn they weren't on good teams except for Duncan
Rorschach 0007 how's be a bandwagoner? He brought up elite names, and AI averaged his career high in point in '06
thats why nash owned him offensively at the end to win the game
