Their knife skills are so fast, I wouldn't doubt a few flies met their demise within some of those movements. Fun to watch, but no way would I eat this. It's how the food it's been prepared
No hygiene at all
And no disrespect but living with different cultures doesn't mean you don't have to have good hygiene
Specifically when preparing food
Fact Is that fruits are touched by 3 different men preparing this salad in a swarm of flies, as european i would probably die consuming this but gotta understand these People have gained immunity to all different bacteria that we from other countries more likely couldn't handle well, would cause diarrhea or worse. But afterall Good view of street food that most eat in Pakistan and videos are good, also im not complaining or trying to be rude just saying. Peace and goood night :)
