There has to be another Illumineer, it doesn't seem the three current ones would willingly summon any of the Villian glimmers just cause. Unless I missed somewhere the villain glimmers were already existing. So far, I only track them summoning hero/ally glimmers.
The bauble(s), the amber/orange one almost similar pattern/design to the tops of the palace from Aladdin. Reaching on this one; the toolbox, could actually be a treasure box, like the one from Alice in Wonderland. Holding/containing the "Eat me" cookies/shortbread. The only thing I can think of for the red orb, is the spear from the card soldiers. It looks sort of like one of the spears bent & welded, so maybe the Red Queen.
Could the glowing books be a little hint that the ink flood is effectively also attempting to pull out new glimmers from lore(s) by being in direct contact with the ink??
Moon room I would make the jump to phases of the moon, how moods can change or the way the wells of glass moons are all shifted in different directions. Possibly a foreshadowing of change of personalities for pre-set glimmers initial roles (hero/villain). The room being untouched for a long time, then being flooded with ink & the ink itself triggering almost everything it comes into contact to be shifted/triggered to evolve/active. Maybe turning some of the Heros into Villains (vice versa), or at the very least removing their "hero/villain" status/role.
Or that the Amathyst Illumineer has connection via. ancestry to the previous Illumineers that came before.
