    When you are adding print speed, you can add more than 1% at a time. Hit the grey button that says 1% and it should change to either 10% or 5%.

    Hello, I have also problems with to much heat on the extruder motors. I check the Voltage on all Drivers is between 0,98-1,01 Volt. You are sure that 0,5 Volt is
    enough for fast movements? I think I try 0,75 Volt on all Drivers.

      already tested with 0.5V on all drivers, looks good anyway I recommend 0.7V, Im using 0.7 now without any issue.

    So what is the action item to fix it? How do you adjust the vref?

    • @NunoFlyer
      @NunoFlyer  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      To avoid the checksum error, printer stop by overheat.
      You can adjust the vref like you can check in this minute 1 11 th-cam.com/video/AVNjPf0HKhM/w-d-xo.html
      Just turn left or right the potentiometer.

    It worked for me! I was getting weird checksum errors when printing from the sd card (while with the USB stick it was skipping gcode... heven't verified yet that it fixes the USB stick as well, printing from the SD now). Originally my voltages were set to 1.008 for almost all drivers before (+/- 0.030V). I've set all of them to 0.7V. This is my first day I got the printer and I already voided my warranty by doing this :) Unbelievable that I had to do a fix that appear to be required... I am more confident that it is required because someone said with v1.5 it was 0.4V out of the box (I believe I got V4 here in Canada, not sure where you can confirm the hardware version)

      So the problem with the USB memory stick skipping gcode is still there, so I guess a different problem... anyway for now I am going to use the sd card, as long as it is stable I'm happy. I did a test multiple times, and in the last one I copied the gcode file that was skipping a part of the initial layer (a simple XYZ test cube) from there USB stick to the sd card and it printed fine without skipping on the sd. I also tested with 2 different USB stick and I have the same exact behavior & problem.

      Hello,
      Yhea, I recommend 0.7v, what I have printing a lot of time without problems.
      You can check the version that you have through this image that I did for you.

      Honestly I never tested the SD card :)
      Im using USB stick without problems, strange, I never see anyone with that problem.

    Have the same mistake with the checksum and he stops during the printing and continues at some point. I put down the voltage from 0.94v to 0.75v, but both errors remain.

    • @NunoFlyer
      @NunoFlyer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tienes que reducir um poco o valor Vref nas drivers, minuto 0:55
      Melhor valor es 0.6/0.7V
