As a 73 year old guy who has been washing and waxing cars and trucks since I was 13 or so,it is with great pleasure that I watch your videos. You enjoy what your doing and it shows. As far as i'm concerned, you guys rock. Absolutely the best detailing channel on TH-cam,hands down. Your attention to detail and your attitude make it a complete.package.Thank you for putting a smile on my face.
You guys are so awesome at your craft. Reviving neglected cars and making them look new is no easy task. It's a labor of love. Additionally, the generosity you share with your staff team shows that you value their talent. Keep up the great content.
im a big Subaru guy i have a 2011 wrx sedan and i absolutely love it and the compliments i get on it and watching this video was awesome and so happy he got the car i hope you guys will give us updates on it
Subarus I swear, I’m military currently deployed I have a 2018 STI that’s been sitting since last June. Long story short bought it 15k miles engine oil light was on at 17k 😂 got a new engine for it from IAG. Can’t wait to tackle that after deployment. Sadly from June to January of 2024 it was parked mold got to the interior. So gotta find a way to sort that out also. I love you guy’s video thought bringing back these Subarus. 😂
You guys are amazing. Not only do you do top notch detailing work, you also show how big your ❤ is by giving a best friend his dream car. May many blessings go your way.
Pull the plugs and crank it. I’m guessing a head gasket failed and while it was sitting one of the cylinders probably filled with coolant or most likely oil since the oil was so low.
When you voiced over RJ talking about pulling out the dent I spit my coffe laughing 😂 all the little details you add to the video on top of the already amazing footage and work you guys do makes such a difference. ❤❤ love it brother well done
Hey I really enjoy watching ya’lls videos. I’m also a car detailer and I do it for a living. I also work at a full-service car wash as well and it’s a lot of fun doing these crazy transformations. I mainly focus on classic show cars since I’m apart of a British and Porsche car club. I have a suggestion for you guys, could you detail a classic british car like an old Jaguar, Triumph, MG, Austin Healey, or even some classic luxury cars like a Cadillac Fleetwood, Oldsmobile 98, Lincoln Towncar, Ford LTD, Ford Fairmont, Pontiac Bonneville, etc. Anything from the 1930s-1970s would really make my day. Keep up the good work guys. I own a 2004 Mazda RX8 6-speed top of the line and I got it last year it sat for 3 years and detailed it and it’s in wonderful shape.
This is actually my dream car, low bar i know but they are good allrounders if you know a bit about them and look after them properly, its an attainable dream! I had the non turbo one and it was slow real slow but handled good especially on gravel, the cambelt is expensive i paid 1700 buks nz for the whole kit with water pump n that and 2.5l versions blow the gasket easy but once all that stuff is done they are reliable little cars, if you thrash them hardout youll hit trouble
My suggestion for the locked engine would be to add a little marvel mystery oil to each one of the cylinders and wait a couple of days, it usually frees up the engine and it should start to rotate, ive watched a few "resurrection" car videos and it usually does work when they do that, hopefully I can see you guys try that out and see if it works too! I love you guy's videos, keep em coming! 💪🏽
Thanks again guys for responding to my email! You guys are the best. What a great story with the WRX and it looks amazing. Another great find and great episode!
It came out really nice and what a nice gesture. Unfortunately, it doesn't run, but now the new owner has kind of a blank canvas as to what to do for a power plant, thank God it's not yellow 😏
Another great transformation. Love watching your videos and it gives me motivation to get in the garage and spiffy up one of our rigs. Still building up my equipment and chemicals but some of your ideas like magic erasers for cleaning are awesome. Keep em coming!!
Great transformation! Always love your videos and the care you take on these cars. RJ not only has an awesome F-Me booty, his dent repair skills are A+
You need a side video of him pulling the engine and rebuilding it. Have him call Davin @Hagerty. He pulled an engine out of a rotted out Subaru and rebuilt it. There was a learning curve to it.
It is so satisfying to me to see the dirt washed away. A very good video on a great car. I had a Subaru VTX and loved it. Keep up the great work. Fun from Colorado.
recently started going down the rabbit hole of car detailing. Curious as to why you didn't cover the alternator? Most channels/blogs recommend....it kind of makes snese, but also doesn't if it only gets sprayed like you did.
It can be tough knowing the extent of damage done to a modded EJ25 motor. If you ever come across one and it was modded pre-owned, a lot of the times you may as well just leave it in the barn. If it has any signs of being modded, you can guarentee that the owner beat the shit out of it. Sometimes that repair cost is half the cost of the cash value of the car depending on what the previous owner treated it like. People who mod these WRXs often do it improperly, cheap out on parts, cheap out on the tune, then drive them like the devil until they inevitably blow up, causing numerous different internal damages. I guarentee you that that owner drove the car offroad, but never bothered installing a baffled oil pan and that's why his engine got starved. Untouched EJ25's? Probably one of the more reliable engines on the market and have been for 20 years, but they do have their temperaments. You need to take care of it. Basic oil care is fundamental to every gas car on the planet. I don't know why people ignore it.
Your work is so awesome, now you going to survive to clean more cars, very well and look at this Subie, this car is riding muddy and dirty, wow, this car is a treasure.
I would imagine with a radiator you could fix this and make it run, will see what happens at the end. Also just want to say I love the RJ's PDR jingle and I hope you do it more! Great video.
I dont think pressure washing dirt/dust into the paint is smart.. That's just me, i'm little OCD. Would of used lighter pressure first to get most of the debris off, then the pressure washer.
Wow...nice to watch WRX comeback to life on the outside, though she dead on the inside. We await to watch the engine swap, so we get to know exactly what killed the original engine, and if anything could have been done to save her. Bigups to Brad!
Been watching your videos a lot lately and after 4 years of git and dirt I decided to hand wash my Jeep JK. Might as well give it a detail while I am at it. That cap has been chewed on my mice or rats they love the taste of brake fluid I suppose.
should have left the air in the tire while your doing the plug makes it easier to ream the hole out and put the plug in and twist it been doing tires like that for 30 years or so never had one leak
Fantastic Video! Had me laughing though when y'all were like "oh there's no oil!?" It's a Subaru with mechanical issues. . . oil should be the first thing you check 😅. Great work nevertheless. So clean and fresh.
I’m just getting back into detailing cars and I have a question, I’m kinda timid about doing the engine area, I don’t want to f it up by power washing it, can you give me some tips and tricks on how to? Thanks
It seems to me that it would be better to pull out the rugs outside because cleaning them would be more accurate and what is under them should also be cleaned. That's my opinion.
I find it amazing that people trash their cars over simple things like Oil and routine maintenance! My 04 Honda Pilot that i’ve owned since new looks, runs, and will out last newer cars simply because i change the fluids and keep it clean!
I never like seeing people using high pressure washer in the engine bay, my old man said you're pushing water into areas were it's not spose to be always use a house to rinse is off the town water pressure is sufficient. We came across many customers with car electric problems & we asked the owner if they knew how their engine bay was cleaned? Yep you guested it high pressure water cleaner resulting in lots of corrosion found most between electrical connectors, one was so bad we had to replace the whole fuse box include the wire harness & connectors. If you using a pressure cleaner just wash without pump on avoid blasting, sure it's quicker & looks nice but problems usually come afterwards $$$$

Thank you for helping build this great country we live in Sir 🙏🇺🇸 Love this show

I love your videos. As a retired touring drummer, my body is destroyed and I can’t do things like this anymore. Really enjoy watching. ❤

Are they drying out weed next to the cherry picker?😂 it sure looks like it hanging from the ceiling
Yup..1st thing i noticed 😁
Are we like the only ones?
I was looking if someone else saw it
Slush funds for next years crop 😁😁
because you had to be high af to own a wrx .... and a little gay
Pull the plugs and crank it. I’m guessing a head gasket failed and while it was sitting one of the cylinders probably filled with coolant or most likely oil since the oil was so low.
mate headgaskets dont fail while sitting also fun fact: the headgasket is a meme or a joke 😮 wow soo cool
You guys really went above and beyond with this one! Glad the Scoobie has a new lease on life, great video!
When you voiced over RJ talking about pulling out the dent I spit my coffe laughing 😂 all the little details you add to the video on top of the already amazing footage and work you guys do makes such a difference. ❤❤ love it brother well done

Need a video when he gets this one back on the road!
The WRX really came out nice, great job as always !
Is the "oil starvation a common thing on the Subaru WRX?
No oil Is always a bad sign.
Flushing the cooling system change thermostat and radiator
Yep
This is actually my dream car, low bar i know but they are good allrounders if you know a bit about them and look after them properly, its an attainable dream! 5:43 not sure why he said this, it is much easier to patch/plug a tire when it is full of air. I've been doing tires for 8 years now.
Ya I'm still scratching my head at that comment too lol
What an owner, no oil, no coolant, 'just stopped' on him
Ive got the STI version of this model and its so great seeing them being cared for.
Awesome you guys a truly great guys, for buying him the car very kind of you, well done and congrats to the new owner of the Subaru 🎉
Awesome job guys! It's unfortunate about the engine, but great that it went to someone who can give it new life.

16:13 love the aggressive throw
You guys are awesome tbh ! Y’all really appreciate the camera man which shows a lot about you guys 💪🏻 god bless y’all !
I want the car Behind Brad!!!!!!!! I see my dream car.
I was just talking with my lifelong buds and in the 80's we all LOVED THAT CAR!!!!!!!!!!
You should follow and show his build of this car, I would love to see this!
Thanks again guys for responding to my email! You guys are the best. What a great story with the WRX and it looks amazing. Another great find and great episode!
Old school: Marvel Mystery Oil in the spark plug holes. Let it sit and bump the starter.
really cool looking car, i honestly would not mind to have it. awesome job on the dent btw, i love how it came out in the end.
Might be head gasket. Not just radiator but timing belt water pump and head gasket need replace every 100K
Good morning Everyone from New Zealand 🇳🇿
It came out really nice and what a nice gesture. Unfortunately, it doesn't run, but now the new owner has kind of a blank canvas as to what to do for a power plant, thank God it's not yellow 😏

Seized engine aside, that’s a sweet ride. I’d be excited too. You guys get “BROS OF THE YEAR”. I’m liking a subscribing…
Great transformation! Always love your videos and the care you take on these cars.
RJ not only has an awesome F-Me booty, his dent repair skills are A+
thats a really nice gesture for your buddy.... if i was in his shoes id be thrilled someone bought me a car....

Is that weed in the barn 😮
That's what I'm wondering 😅
Last years crop! Remember farmers adapt, can’t afford it. Grow it!
Im a long time subscriber, can I have the next WRX you find? LOL, love your vids, y’all do a wonderful job!

Another awesome vid!
We should all surround ourselves with friends like these.
Keep up the great work 👏👏👏👏
its actually way easier to put the plug in with air. it prevents the tire from collapsing
Your work is so awesome, now you going to survive to clean more cars, very well and look at this Subie, this car is riding muddy and dirty, wow, this car is a treasure.
Love to see you guys wash up and detail a proper mudded up tractor.
I would imagine with a radiator you could fix this and make it run, will see what happens at the end.
Also just want to say I love the RJ's PDR jingle and I hope you do it more! Great video.
You guys should invest In a glue puller my body shop recently got one and works pretty well! Mabye even a few suction cups?
I dont think pressure washing dirt/dust into the paint is smart.. That's just me, i'm little OCD. Would of used lighter pressure first to get most of the debris off, then the pressure washer.
It was so nice for y'all to give the guy that car sweet job
You guys will get it going for sure 🇦🇺❤️
Wow...nice to watch WRX comeback to life on the outside, though she dead on the inside. We await to watch the engine swap, so we get to know exactly what killed the original engine, and if anything could have been done to save her. Bigups to Brad!
Great reset guys! Since the owner of the car was a smoker, did you clean the headliner and replace cabin filters as well? Congrats Brad!
i like 2004 wrx sti and 1994 honda civic si eg6 hatchback k24 swapped pro supercharged
This was a indept or deep example of cleaning, in allot of areas!
Cool indeed 👍
God I love that year of Subaru. I want one so badly. It's gonna be a nightmare finding one for myself someday
*Looks like that fender is in need of RJs PDR* ~With juice toast and milk, it becomes part of a complete and balanced breakfast.
Been watching your videos a lot lately and after 4 years of git and dirt I decided to hand wash my Jeep JK.
Might as well give it a detail while I am at it.
That cap has been chewed on my mice or rats they love the taste of brake fluid I suppose.
Saturday wash fever😂 is a really nice job, greetings from Brazil ❤
Congrats Brad that is Awesome!!!!!! You should be able to find an engine pretty easy.
Some clips in your regular shows along the way as the Subaru gets repaired would be nice to see.
Oh man I am loving that Starion/Conquest there!!
Head gasket issues? Come do mine next! It's not that dirty but the paint needs love.
Love to see more of this wrx on the channel
The missed bit inside the bonnet scoop at the start gave me the heebie jeebies! Fab job tho 😅
Love ya guys!
should have left the air in the tire while your doing the plug makes it easier to ream the hole out and put the plug in and twist it been doing tires like that for 30 years or so never had one leak
"don't mind the 18 pounds of herb hanging behind me" lol
Great video! I'm curious, do you plan on detailing the GMC Cherry picker and the International Loadstar?
They should change the cabin filter
Please give us an update on the WRX after Brad gets it running 😁🤙
i love what you do guys, you guys are awesome, keep up. and i like those camera gears, that is a whole studio wish i gat that, it is a hustle for me
Every-time you guys clean the engine of these cars I get freaked out. I have always thought that those are very delicate and water sensitive parts.
You all are amazing! ❤ One day I’d like to take a day trip to have you detail my vehicle. (if I can afford it)
Fantastic Video! Had me laughing though when y'all were like "oh there's no oil!?" It's a Subaru with mechanical issues. . . oil should be the first thing you check 😅. Great work nevertheless. So clean and fresh.
I’m sure it will be very easy for Brad to get a used engine and fix it
It’s a really nice car and will be great when it’s all sorted 👍👍👍🇦🇺
Very nice gesture to buy it for your friend ! 👍
He was already doing things to the car in his mind just by looking at it while you were talking.😂😂
A new Car 🤙
Whatcha got hanging in the back there.....lol
I’m just getting back into detailing cars and I have a question, I’m kinda timid about doing the engine area, I don’t want to f it up by power washing it, can you give me some tips and tricks on how to? Thanks
It seems to me that it would be better to pull out the rugs outside because cleaning them would be more accurate and what is under them should also be cleaned. That's my opinion.
Love that Subaru
Since you said you were giving it to your cameraman........You get it to run!!!!!!!! hahahahaha.
I find it amazing that people trash their cars over simple things like Oil and routine maintenance! My 04 Honda Pilot that i’ve owned since new looks, runs, and will out last newer cars simply because i change the fluids and keep it clean!
AWESOME
Best of luck fixing her up👍👍👍
When y’all gonna roll up some of that bud behind the red dump truck?

ive pressed washed the shit out of my ford focus engine bay never had a problem
Compact restoration team
Great review man! But i had the same question you didn't answer😅! Which one is better the bmw5 or this?
What a beautiful car , man
i love your work guys it is great keep up, and i wish i got those camera gears it is a whole studio, that is a hustle for me,
I love the wrx so much even the new one
One of my dream car and brand 😍😍
Need a rebuild vlog for this
It'd be cool to see a normal day to day operations video and not just a disaster detail.
Thank you for the entertainment. Enjoy your videos.
Question, is there a reason why you don't foam the car before the first power wash spray down?
Just watch it, and I think it’s a thermostat issue if the radiator isn’t plugged or loosing pressure 😊
an update on the car would be awesome for a new video
