- Tofino, Vancouver Island is one of my favorite places on the island. It is a 5 hour drive from Victoria and it has so much to offer. In Tofino, you can go whale watching, Bear watching, Visit the Hot Spring Cove by boat or by sea plane. There are so many hikes around the area and of course some of the best surfing in the world! One thing that you cant miss are the fish tacos!
During our time in Tofino, we explored with West Coast Aquatic Safaris. They offer tours every day. This company was amazing and the staff were all great. The boats are great size for anyone looking to get out on the water. It even accommodates wheel chair access.

Great video! Brings back some lovely memories of my visit in July for three weeks. ( first in province travel since pandemic began. I went respectfully and carefully as Dr. Bonnie Henry gave us the go ahead to explore our province once again.) Stayed in Ukee but did drive a the distance to Tofino and spots in between. Such a gorgeous part of our province!

l had a great time in Tofino the last time l was there but we got hit by fog for 4 day's straight but still had a blast

Wow love your Videos! I have a question, is it dangerous because of the cougars and bears? I ask because we want to visit Vancouver island next year with our two kids and yaa ...I’m a little scared of the wild animals😅 Kind regards from Switzerland! ☺️✌🏻
not at all! You shouldnt be worried about that. I was born here and never seen a cougar in person. Iv seen black bears but never any threat :) Enjoy the moment if you do see one!

@Devon Anthony a friend of mine died parking on a gravel road sleeping in his VW campervan the gravel road above him washed down killing him. He's done it over five years same time of year and he probably never ever thought this could happen.
