I just got done working on the inside of a Dagger frame because I installed a Timney trigger and I wasn’t able to achieve trigger To capture or reset so it was just a dead trigger. Then I put an overwatch precision trigger in it and now it’s able to function properly. The only thing is that it’s a very heavy trigger and the reset is crap. I noticed that you are very short reset. What triggered did you use yours? I see that is flat and do you have any advice? I’m here in Texas as well and it’s hot! So I get it lol
Good evening, For a flat trigger with a short reset, which seems to be what you're looking for, many enthusiasts and professionals recommend the Apex Tactical triggers. They are well-known for enhancing the feel with a smooth pull and a crisp, short reset, which could be exactly what you're looking for in your setup. The flat-faced design also tends to provide a more consistent finger placement, which can help with accuracy and control.
@@MrElahi1983 Thanks for answering. I went with the Timney first and couldn’t get that to work so then installed the Overwatch Precision D.A.T. Trigger instead of going right to the Apex. I was re-building it for someone else that was just starting out; first time shooter. Thank you again for your input.
My pleasure
