I agree, I LOVE the floors in your living room with the couch. It gives such a warm, clean and bright vibe. The all gray gives it a more cold look and I feel like it’s overdone. I would say go for it changing the grey floors! I love warm light floors with white interior and dark accents.

I love the black countertops, and also when you replace that be prepared for the possibility of the backsplash being ruined. And there is high quality vinyl flooring you can put right over top of the floor if that’s what you want, I put it in my kitchen. You can buy Folex at Home Depot too, and for your ottoman I saw a girl build a table and put it on wheels to be able to move it. Loving you vlogs. I’m so happy for you on buying your first home.

I worked in restaurant and yes there are industrial doshwashers we had one that took only 30minutes to clean the dishes but you still hand wash stuff you need asap
