I have an idea for you in regard to the clothing. Try soaking the fabric in Mat Mod Podge before putting it on the figurine. That way it will be much easier to mold and shape, without sticking out at funny angles like that. I would also recommend pre-cutting the shape of the sleeves etc. so that all you have to do once it's wet is wrap it around the figurine. I am in awe of the amazing work on the tack! How you managed to see stuff that small, much less shape it is beyond me LOL
This is fantastic! I love the horse and rider. When I strip my customs I use nail varnish remover but I sometimes softens the plastic and makes it a bit bendy and sometimes all the paint doesn’t come off. I hope this helps🙂 Also I was thinking but next time you could maybe use paper soaked in glue for the clothes I know it is messy and sticky but it might work
@@vickyartz9907 I haven’t tried it. I made an ear net for one of my horses with glue soaked paper and it looked good. So maybe it might work for clothes.
Love your videos, im a sculptor and a rider myself (5 horses and 1 one the way lol) and have competed in endurance races in real life, i can say you definitely captured the endurance vide very well! The only thing id add is some marker flags on the side of the trail as endurance trails are marked using flagers tape in branches or with landscaping flags on the ground. Other than that this is perfect!
You don't know how much I love your videos- I love the realism and the photography! I love process videos, and a lot of the times your videos calm me down and it feels like a great place for me to come to when I'm feeling stressed. Keep up the good work ❤❤
Definitely make something you are happy with, rather than having to like it because you spent so long on it! The green and rider both look amazing, you are so good at tack!
I got the leaf punch last year too and I also have a flocking gun that I havent used yet to make grass effects, we will see when I use it eventually. This is great! Beautiful diorama, resculpt of horse and rider and your friend did an amazing job on the colour which is super realistic like the diorama! The gluing clothes on miniatures for dioramas is at Mini Doll Kits, Tiny tailors and the video is 5 basics for gluing clothes for doll house people. Its super helpful if it's something like this that you aren't changing, she also gives general tips on miniature clothes and hair.
The premiere was really fun, I loved watching with you and the people in chat! I really love how this came out and it could **possibly** be one of my favourite projects of yours! The painter (I forgot their name I’m so sorry 😭) did an awesome job and I would’ve given up on the roan too 😅 Also, the name is a great tribute to the horse and I’m sure they’d love to see how much progress you’ve made with your models
I'm in love with the dioramas you make, they're so detailed and amazing! Despite all of the misshapen, you were still able to make it work and it turned out absolutely stunning!
This is amazing 👏 😍 I think you should make one thats like in a big puddle or some kind of water the tack would be a trail set and the horse slashing in the water.I think it would look amazing
I love the tack, it looks so good I would've never thought it was a miniature! But I'll be honest and say I actually liked the coat from the "washed out" paint, in particular the muzzle, but I love the end result, this is such a lovely though hard hobby :D
Hey Daisy! I had an idea for a horse…there is this breed I recently learned about called the Black Forest Horse or Schwartzwald Horse. It has this beautiful rich brown coat and a golden/blonde mane and tail. They are also considered endangered, and I think would be a great way to give this striking breed some exposure. These horses were often used in agriculture and harvesting of grains/crops. I had the idea of what if golden blades of wheat/barly or grains were combined with the horses mane and tail, and it’s body reminiscent of rich mud and soil? Like a harvest horse! Being an emblem and icon of the abundance and growth of food for centuries. I know you could make something like that and turn it into something gorgeous! This is only an idea of course, so no pressure into creating such a thing, but it’s something that sparked my creative fire ☺️
My Schleich should/are supposed to get here today I am praying that they will be ok and that the barns will come back as well. I packed all of my horses in there own plastic bag. I am going to wash and set up the barns today or tomorrow. I am excited and I hope they all show up!
Love the details on your tack. Beautiful. The ribbon is a perfect scale. I have used embroidery floss for tack parts. Either braids or the chain stich from crochet. Love the buckles they look awesome.
I thought the thumbnail was actually outside I loved this it looks AMAZING❤ Edit:before you say anything like”it is outside” I mean like the floor and log and everything ❤
Wow! They are so detailed and realistic AND SO TINY CUTE!!! You are so talented and awesome at making models! Also I play star stable, I really recommend the game, such a amazing game with a amazing artist!
For removing paint - we are painting some plastic models and the good thing for removing paint is DOT 3 Brake Fluid. You have to pour it into glass jar, put model in and close it for at least day. Remember to use gloves and open window to ventilate room until you close the jar. Then after at least 24h take model out and rinse it under water (you can use some cheap toothbrush to crub it).
Tips for air dry clay : the fan won't help super long and so for it to be fully hard at least have it dry for 6 to 12 hours Don't paint over it immediately as it will mess up you paintbrush If it comes in a bin and the top of it is damaged touch it to make sure it's not dry even a little squishy it will be okay to just put something that's undamaged over it or find another top that fits on it and if it is dry just try to see if it gets softer when you add water . Water helps it keep softness when your working around with it Also I'm a big fan I really love your vids they are so good and they help me figure out results ☺️😄😇😊😺
Everybody has worse time, you now about it 😚 But this diaroma! Wow, now everybody, ho is watching this video nows, that horses aren't yout only talent ❤️ It's so realistic! The rider is also very nice! We are waiting for more 💖 PS. I'm also Polish
i love thos so much!! you have got to have the steadiest hands on the planet, my shaky hands could NEVER. for the roaning i might have a suggestion? i have zero experience painting model anything so take this with a grain of salt, but i do have some regualr painting experience- if you havent already tried this, sometimes if you get paint on your brush like normal but then rub a bit of it off onto a paper towel or something, you can acheive a "dry brushed" effect, where the paint goes on a bit rougher and not so opaque. regardless, love your work!
I like it I always watched these kinds of vids and I'm happy ur doing them .A idea if u want to do another maybe do one where a rider and horse is roping a mustang?!
Daisy! I have a horse idea that you should definitely please try! You should try to paint and remodel a barrel racing paint horse, I would really enjoy if you made a video on doing this! You also did so so so well on this model horse and tack set!
Aww.. I loved the chestnut paint roan you did before.. the orange look is like a young horse. I loved it. Is it just me, or the dark dapple looks just like Joey from this esme
Im so late to this video but cutting the Schleich rider in half so was so funny yet horrifying 😂😅😭❤️ Th amount of effort you put into these dioramas and videos is insane you are literally amazing! You are my inspiration to make my Schleich barn more realistic (although it’s not even 1/1000000 as realistic as yours) and I absolutely love your videos!❤
My heart melted when she waited for the bumble bee’s to go away before spraying. What a humble soul ❤️🥺
Your username melts mine ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) (edit: the joke is now ruined, but the username was Amber Turd 💀)
@@DaisyStalls im dying🤣🤣
I don’t really like bees because they sting but still! Bees are still important! We should always protect them even tho you don’t like bees.
@@itz_leahplaysyt9283 yeah, they are a threat to dogs as they can accidentally step on them, but they are important!
@@DaisyStalls lol I see what you mean there’s💀
“My dog stepped on a bee.”
Who else thought that the horse looked really good as a roan? Love this!
Meee

Yeah!
I did❤
Can we just appreciate how much patience she has 😭
Omg yes!
So true!😊😊❤❤
Everyone should agree with this she's so creative

I’m so happy about this set and horse. It is stunning and it’s a long time coming so happy to see it stick.
I would love to see you complete a roan custom as it always looks so good when you go through with it and don’t give up on it

paper soaked in glue can be molded into clothes? does that look nice?

This is so realistic I don't know how you have the patience to do stuff like this wow 🤩
Looks great! and you learned a new skill, working with resin. The landscape that you created is perfect with the lovely horse color. Great job.
