Their clash was so powerful that in the manga the shrapnel coming from their weapons literally pierced through the heads of the soldiers surrounding them. Unfortunately the anime lessened the gore.
I knew Kingdom had some censure but not to that extent… I went to read Chapter 312 to 315 and let me tell y’all there’s so many thing that miss in the anime. The sheds flying into a soldier eye & head, the bones sticking out of both Generals when they get their arms break which makes the rest of the fight more sense, the big hole Mou Bu inflicted to Kan Mei and him still talking shit to then get crushed. That makes me wonder how many epic scene the anime removed, Kingdom manga/scan is definitely on my list to read & I recommend too as a only anime watcher!
This is what men should be depicted in anime.. Not just some fancy boy with skinny posture (almost girly) looks fight over girls, become nonsensical powerful..
We all know the manga is better but we gotta give credit to the studios for making this fight good regardless of the lessened gore. This was a spectacle that still left me hyped. Honestly compared to the first 2 seasons this satisfied me. Almost like they were saving their budget for this amazing arc.
This anime should follow Bleach TYBW and remove the censorship. Sn 3 was way better than sn 1 and is amazing. Literally only this one small thing is left for us to ascend to a new level.
