Error E08 en Walking pad R1 pro

Este error me lo esta dando desde que estrené por primera vez la maquina. E08 error en sensor.

Can someone please say the solution to this problem?? It is apparently a sensor malfunction but no idea what to do. It only shows this error in AUTO mode, and seems to still operate on Manual mode.
