I have the same issue and i did send it to the official repairshop cause it is under warranty. So it will be okay soon but the big question is how long it take when it brakes again and why? Are these cheapo phones so poorly made?
When did you have this issue after purchasing the phone? I got this problem after nearly 2 years and have been getting every other day, first i thought it is a simple firmware problem but no. Need to go repairshop soon.
