INGREDIENTE:
PENTRU ALUATUL DE CLATITE:
2 oua
180 g faina
250 ml lapte
150 ml apa minerala
50 g ulei
un praf de sare si piper
ulei pt prajit
PENTRU UMPLUTURA
500 g carne tocata porc (ceafa,pulpa)
500 g ciuperci
1 ceapa
liezon: 2 linguri smantana+1 lingura faina+ 50 ml lapte
50 g cascaval ras
2-3 linguri patrunjel proaspat tocat
sare si piper
PENTRU PANE
2 oua
pesmet
ulei pentru prajit
Se pot servi alaturi de sos tartar, sos tzatziki, smantana sau sos de rosii

50 g oil
pinch of salt and pepper

500 g pork minced meat
500 g mushrooms
1 onion
for thickener: 2 tbsp sour cream+ 1 tbsp flour+50 ml milk
fresh parsley
50 g cheese (mozzarella/ceddar/parmesan)
3 tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
FOR BREADING:
2 eggs
breadcrumbs

Like di partea mea ! Primul si sa fie cit mai multe
Prin anii '80 se numeau "brasovence" si erau faimoase la restaurantul "Bolta rece" in Bucuresti (poate si alte locuri?). Uneori mai fac si eu acasa, cand sunt ocazii deosebite. Sunt foarte gustoase si de obicei, toata lumea le accepta neconditionat :) Felicitari! :)
