As a Central Johannesburg TVET College student, I'll have to say that the acting principal said and highlighted a lot of important facts about the institution and others like it. I still feel like he did not highlight how difficult it is to get funding as a TVET student, yes we have NSFAS as an option but we all know how impossible it is to get approved for funding by NSFAS even when you meet their requirements. Personally I haven't been able to attend my classes for a month because I am still waiting for NSFAS to approve my application from January. I tried looking for other alternatives but I wasn't able to find them.
