Usually i don't put salt immediately after idli batter is done. I add salt only after 8 hours of fermentation. What i found that if we add salt immediately after batter is done then fermentation is not done properly.
Madam Can u tell me arisi means idli arisi ot pacha arisi Even while telling how long to soak rice or ullundhu, it is not clear, you say idha 3 hours adha half an hour does it mean rice 3 hours and ulundhu 30 minutes. Pls put the receipe and pls give some time to talk about the receipe. So nicely made video small corrections will add value
