I used to dislike Rainbow Rare cards because they look pretty bad online. But once I finally pulled a couple IRL, then I realized they can be really pretty.
@@worldwithcuriosity148 Oh, that’s a good point. I suppose I put it that way bc the deck of the year was about Rapid Strike Urshifu, but the rest of the cards aren’t required to be 100% the same. weakness working as intended. a decent deck can keep the bdif in check by the game defs declaring double damage. i get what the reason for this is but its just incredibly lazy. duraladon v actually has a matchup vs urshifu. single strike can oneshot without cheese. mew just wins for reasons. i also hate the matchups urshi autowins like lightning. dracozolt should be an urshi counter, but alas its countered by it again because of this jank mechanic. i love this game in 60% of the time but 40% of the games are weakness induced autolosses and autowins (you can upset these matchups but only if the advantaged party brick turn after turn which really doesnt say anything). i could just bring an energy card of a type, we compare and then note down the winner. fuuuun
Biggest Weakness from this Decklist is that you can only attack 4 times with G-Max Rapid Flow. Is there any change to get back the Rapid Strike Energy from discard pile?
Well we have tone of good decks. Is no overpower, is just barely playable but I really love vunion decks... Mewto vmax is good, intelion is really good now...
im a bit confused, duraludon prevents attacks from special energy, yet you only play rapid energy and water energy, how would you accompany for the fighting energy if they get the vmax off?
You don't with this deck. This deck and it's other variants are really good at being aggressive. With how little Duraludon is played you just gotta take your losses against this deck. I personally prefer to run Vaporeon Vmax for the Mew Matchups.
Played this today first match up was against shadow rider, they used shadow mist on me till they built their board then I got smoked. Any suggestions for counters?
Ko a benched mew v if they leave one and soften up a Genesect with the first rapid flow. Then finish the Genesect (s) with quick shooting & yoga loop from if possible. You can even echoing horn a mew v back into play if necessary
I kinda wish they had left out the minccino engine out of the rapid rapid strike deck that they just released. And put a 4 4 octillarys. The single strike got four hound dooms in it
This has been my favorite deck to play with. Most times guys just forfeit by the 2nd or 3rd turn which sucks. But hey, I'd be pissed too if my stacked V deck was getting recked on and off the bench by turn 2.
Wdym more on the ladder? Just because Andrew made a vid on it doesn’t mean it’s increasing in popularity it’s already very well known rs urshi is insane

Rapid Strike Urshifu in a world with bench barrier Mew and without is a very different card.
"The 3 turn game, that's how you know we're playing optimal Pokémon" can Santa deliver us less power creep for 2022?

Three turns. Barely enough time to think just enough time to get your cards on the table aaaand GG
this deck has been carrying me in ptcgo for a while now. its so fun to play.
Thanks to you I've gotten back into the TCG, love the content and keep up the good work!
Can’t believe Andrew misspelled chandelure two years in a row
I’ve been vouching the melony + urshifu forever how could it not be the most consistent version of the deck
Is it better than the version Alex used to win the players cup? I'm trying to figure out which one to run.
Thank you for brightening up my year ❤️

Good choice for deck of the year. I thought it could’ve been beedrill though. Guess that was a good deck of the month instead!

The intro is a little too relatable…
I was just wondering if there was a way to retrieve your rapid strike energy from your discard pile?? Thanks a bunch!
