UI Sign Goku may have turned up in the game a bit too late but at least his mechanics are really well done and he's an appropriately more balanced version of Mastered Ultra Instinct!

I think UI sign looks better in a fight, mostly because he didn't dodge random things while moving, already a plus for me.

What I love about this version of Goku is they actually made it accurate towards the power scaling, the version of Goku isn't nearly as broken as MUI but he has is own quirks and moves that make him a unique and fun choice without making the base version stronger than the most powerful like they did with DBS Gogeta
I’m actually really glad that’s how it is and it makes me still feel a little better about his inclusion. Still would’ve wanted Bergamo but from the looks of it this is pretty alright I just hope no more Goku and Vegeta dlc. Also MUI is broken? I have seen people with CaC’s or custom partners more OP than MUI Goku from how I see it and have personally experienced, honestly let’s be very glad any form of UI isn’t an awoken skill because damn the PvP would basically die at that point.
I still feel like costum Gogeta Blue is better than the base one, because of how massive you can get his stats and his better combo potential

I was very disappointed that they classed nearly all of UI-Signs super attacks as blast’s because I was hoping they would mainly be strike based, they really need to learn how to class moves in this game since moves like Godly display begin with a combo and end with a blast but it’s classed as strike which should’ve been the case here like why isn’t Spirit Pulse a strike when it’s a pressure thrust based on the one he did against Kefla lol
Spirit pulse doesn't begin or end with a strike.of course it was based on a physical attack,but in the game its completely ranged and thus is a blast type

From what I've seen of this DLC I'll say this, they made Vegeta (GT) pretty cool. and managed to give Vegeta a Win in the story mode (if you choose it over the goku one). which is nice. the moves look cool but not sure how good most of them are.
Shame we couldn't get a majin 21 as a character, but hey at least the new Custom partners show promise. (if you can get them to drop)
He's the strongest in the pack damage wise, skills wise and has a broken combo chain. All the other characters aren't really viable at a high level.
Tbh he feels a tad bit weird to use the first time, but I got used to it

Top things I love about him:
5- His aura is pure DRIP
4- The ult has a better tracking that Godly Display
3- Auto Dodge only activates when he's below 50% and only takes 60% of a stamina bar instead of a full one
2- His moveset is actually more unique than I though, only keeping 2 actual similar combo strings
1- The counter is a combo starter and looks absolutely perfect
I highly disagree with 4 XD. Godly display constantly teleports to the enemy until it hits. This one goes in a straight line, meaning if they are no longer straight ahead of you it'll miss entirely XD.
Also I'm pretty sure MUI doesnt use a full bar to dodge.

Xenoverse's trash netcode doesn't help, since you randomly lose 1 bar of stamina by dodging a laggy attack that shouldn't hit you, and you only have 6 oh those.

Does anyone know what dyspo's transform really does. I've noticed when he transforms and performs an ultimate attack you can't charge heavy break him
I'd test it myself but don't have the dlc yet. All I can say for sure is it makes him faster but drains his stamina.

@@muckus_the_macka7340 Well so far I gathered Supersonic Mode boosts Strikes more than Ki Blasts damage so best to stick with Strike moves when it is on and he gets no defense buffs or debuff but becomes the fastest character with his dash flying. The rest you already know. Doesn't seem too special and is similar to Kai-oken but not as good as Kai-oken x20. Kai-oken x20 allows you to do free Z Vanishes, no Stamina costs. Dyspo's Supersonic Mode still uses Stamina to Z Vanish in addition to the Stamina Drain. His Stamina Break from the Stamina Drain seems a little faster or at least even with Kai-oken's. He also has no way to recover Stamina while transformed. It could be fixed if he had a Stamina Recovery skill but alas. He has a vanish attack for his light attack, similar to SSJ, but not for his heavy attack strangely, and has one of the best back dash inputs in terms of visuals. Supersonic Mode isn't unusable by any means but I wouldn't use it unless you use it in bursts, like immediately after a heavy Stamina Break, transform, do some damage, then turn it off or if you plan to finish your opponent NOW.

I don't get all the hate on MUI ? It's broken because it's the ultimate form In the game 😂 Sign is easier to pick up I think and i looove it! But if you master all aspects of MUI you're untouchable tbh lol
In my opinion MUI has better combos. I'm more used to it and I can see what combos I can do next with it. Although I don't like the constant dodging with MUI. I know that's the point but you can always ki blast and they auto dodge. It's like A vanishing every time. I like the ultrasonic blitz though. I use preset 1 MUI be ause the evasive instant rise uses 2 bars of stamina unlike celestial wave which uses 3. I also prefer soaring fist compared to spirit pulse. Kamehameha is probably better than Divine kamehameha because it's 1 ki bar faster but slightly weaker
My only honest disappointment here is he seems really shockingly slow. Feels like he's slower than baseku even.

the mastered ui form does far more damage and is able to counter faster then UI omen does plus they added a touch to the mastered ui goku giving him the same moves as the omen version but better

Anyone notice that godku, godgeta and 4 gogeta all have no aura when u use their custom partner?
Yeah, Kefla has that same quirk, but not Goku 4, Vegeta 4, Vegito Blue, Gogeta Blue, Rosé, S Broly, or Z Broly. I have no idea why selecting the custom colors makes the aura vanish or why it only started with the 2nd batch of mentors. Frankly I think it looks cool, but still kinda odd all the same.

The skills are good, but the character itself is nothing new or impressive. It's pretty much MUI, slower, poor evasive choice and less damage. Combos are slightly different with fancy animations.

It's not like he doesn't have auto dodge, he does have. It activates when you barely have anything left of your yellow health. It doesn't eat up your stamina as much as MUI
