For the embassy track, the application has to be submitted directly to the Korean embassy via post. Similarly for university track, application package has to be directly submitted to the respective universities. There's no online application anymore and MHRD is also not involved since last year.

I want to apply for the graduate degree next year through the University track.
So, everything you have said is that:
1: I must apostille my degree certificate, transcripts and birth certificate?
2: I don't have a birth certificate but I have a sworn affidavit, is it acceptable?
3: Will I submit both my birth certificate and a copy of my passport or just one?
4: I have no info about my parents but their names are on my affidavit of birth and passport, do I still need to prove their citizenship?
5: I still don't understand the deadline for university track. As I want to apply next year, when is the deadline?
6: Where do I download the applicant agreement, application and Consent to use the personal information forms?
Also, I studied in a bilingual school(french & English). My transcripts are in francophone grading and I don't know how to convert it. I have tried to convert it online but it's not working. Please how do I feel it?

      2. I am not aware that it would be acceptable
      3. Applicant must submit birth certificate or family register. Passport is anyway something you need so submit a copy of that as well.
      4. Yes, submit their government IDs
      5. Every university has their own deadline so you need to contact your university of choice about that. Or check their website for more details.

I would suggest confirming with NIIED once about this because there's no mention of provisional certificate in the guidelines so I cannot confirm it for you

I completed a diploma in Interior Design after 12th grade ..Now, I want to study in Korea. Am I considered an undergraduate or graduate student? Should I apply for a master's or bachelor's please reply..I'm helpless here

I don't think a diploma will be considered equivalent to an undergraduate degree so you might not be considered for the graduate scholarship. Try applying for the undergraduate scholarship.

I have below poverty line card toh in which form should I put in and shall I apostille it too ?

You don't have to submit that because they don't ask for such documents. If you still want to submit it then just attach in the extra documents section and no need to apostille it

hey, i am applying for university track, so just in case, my university is a government university and they are not providing with expected graduation certificate so in that case should i get all my marksheets of 4 semesters apostilled? and then send the final certificate afterwards when its completed in June?

Applicants don't have to submit voter ID card. Applicants must submit birth certificate or family register

    Hi
One of my parent is Deceased, so should i get the Death certificate apostilled and submit it for parent proof of citizenship??

    • @vatssutra
      @vatssutra  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

There's nothing specified about that in the guidelines so it's best to confirm with NIIED once. But since that would become one of your parents' citizenship proof document and that's a required document, getting it apostilled would work.

Do I have to get the expected graduation certificate also apostilled?
And do i have to get my 1st and 2nd year marksheet also apsotilled

    • @vatssutra

There's nothing specified but since expected graduation certificate is a required document it's best to get it apostilled. And transcript is mandatory so you must get it apostilled
