The infinite,unstoppable power of PLOT ARMOR!!!!!!! But hey,I'm all in favor of plot armor if it brings back Cole. Also they forgot to mention the fact that Lucy knew that there was no guarantee that the RFI would get rid of the plague and that the only GUARANTEED way that humanity wouldn't go extinct was for the Beast to activate the conduits,which really makes the evil ending not so much evil but rather smart,it's only evil because of what Cole does before to unlock that ending.
I noticed that what constitutes being a conduit is having the ability to absorb and project a form of matter plus an added bonus power: - Lucy: Ice and Flight - Nix: Napalm/Oil and Teleportation - Sasha: Tar and Mind Control - Augustine: Concrete and Nullification - Fetch: Neon and Super Speed - Eugene: Video and 3D Constructs - Cole: Lightning and Time Travel. This is a stretch as the Cole of the games never used time travel in any of his abilities given in the game. Despite the instances where time travel would have been useful, he either never felt the need to use it (repressing it) or never knew he could do it. - Tate and Bertrand were something else. Both only used their secondary abilities rather than their matter-absorption powers (telekinesis and mutations respectively). Maybe Tate had metal while Bertrand had radiation (or radioactive material), but they didn’t show such ability to absorb matter. - John White: Fire and Ray Sphere mimicry. - The Paper Girl is another special case. She had paper, but her paper contained her emotions and memories. Maybe her power made her an empath. Even though Delsin showed the same effects of absorbing her memories and powers, only her memories was shared with Delsin as he didn’t receive paper manipulation. - Hank used Smoke, but his only shown secondary ability was quick travel while mimicking smoke. - As for Delsin, his power was merely copying. He had the power to copy the powers of others and their memories. The matter he absorbs is based on the conduits he has touched.
The Black Mastadonte Second Son was pretty good, but Delsin wasn’t as interesting as Cole, and the dynamic between Delsin & Reggie didn’t jive as well with me as that if Cole & Zeke. This isn’t to say that Second Son is a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, but 2 had much better writing and much better development for its characters, even if you don’t take into account the events of the original game (which is also great in its own right).

I liked his voice better and all the side characters and villains were great! 2 had almost nothing to do with one and the reveal of the "beast" only makes me think how easily it all could have been avoided. Infamous (1) is one my fav game of all time. The rest of the series is okay to me.

GN Online Gaming Ah, understandable then. A good indie game I recommend is Hollow Knight as well. $15 for easily $60+ of content as well as 3 free dlc expansion packs. Team Cherry too good for us. If you’re interested check out the trailer or some gameplay or something.
I just love all 3 games. Part 1 and 2 are clearly my 2 favorite games ever. I would play the games in full and would play again a week or 2 later. I just really hope the right people get together soon and make a nice trilogy for the ps5. Me and other Infamous fanatics NEED more infamous games.
Cole is by far my favorite fiction character, I play infamous 2 once a year just because of how much I enjoy the game, I wish they made a newer version, I would do anything for it, great video guys

What I think would be cool as if Cole didn't die and when he got shocked by the lightning at the end he got revived but he was just in this long Slumber to regain his powers

Following my last comment on Cole time-traveling, it still would’ve been a pretty interesting game regardless too. Game first starts out with a cinematic that chows Cole ending up detonating the ray-sphere and a huge pulse goes out, but seemingly nothing happens. Trish’s sister isn’t killed and Empire City’s historic district is fine. Trish and Cole eventually get married and have their kids together, that is until Cole develops his powers and the beast appears. Cole then trains in a bid to protect the city and his family by fighting the beast. Gameplay starts happening and you first fight through the tutorial level which is a destroyed city block, and you fight the beast as the first boss. The beast completely WRECKS Cole, and he’s knocked out. When Cole comes to, he sees the city is in a worse state then before his fight with the beast. Cole runs to find his family, only to see that their hideout is destroyed too. Devastated, Cole is approached by Moira, who outright admits that she’s working for DARPA. She speaks to Cole, and explains everything. Moira also explains that DARPA knows that they screwed over everyone, so they are trying to fix it. How? Easy, they developed a device that can give any conduit the ability to time-travel into the past (that would explain the time-travel ability), but it needs a lot of power to activate (like that other device mentioned). They thought Cole could do the job perfectly, and gave him some blast crystals to give him enough of a boost. Cue Cole (accompanied by Zeke) traveling back into the past, and adopting the alias “Kessler” in order to sneak in to DARPA and destroy the Ray sphere. Like you said though, this is a video game, and stories are for kids. Cole and Zeke sneak in, and Zeke used his tech abilities to erase all traces of the Ray sphere’s research and data on DARPA’S computers. Cole then annihilates all the prototypes and he takes them both home. He and Zeke go back to the future and absolutely nothing has changed. His family is still dead, Empire city is still destroyed, and the beast is still on the loose. Moira asks him if they changed anything at all, and the duo explain they did. Moira recalls about some weird incident with a guy named “Kessler” that she learned about while in DARPA, where a whole bunch of research was wiped out by two mercenaries: a hacker and an electric conduit. Zeke and Cole soon realize that the fact they went into the past to wipe out research only fueled the first son’s drive to harness the conduit gene’s power, because their theories were pretty much confirmed by Cole and the amount of strength he had. So the first son’s started off from scratch, and used security footage of Cole and his abilities as a basis for their research. Zeke and Cole know what they must do to stop this future from happening: they have to take down DARPA in the past. The duo travel back into the past, shenanigans happen, and they eventually stop DARPA. Namely by fighting through DARPA’S forces (which include a a-lot of conduits with experimental powers to keep gameplay spicy), and giving the higher ups those revealing visions. Said visions are just Cole’s memories about the future, and this ability is developed over time. The higher ups of DARPA disband the group, not wanting this future to happen. This includes most of the members of the first sons, who are horrified by this outcome. With time suddenly re-written, Zeke and Cole then are zapped back to the future suddenly. The two wake up to see everything’s different, but in a good way. Empire City is fine, and they just so happen to wake up in Cole’s back yard. The rest of the McGrath family then come out of the house, startled by the huge flash of light that just happened from Zeke and Cole zapping back to the present. Cole doesn’t have his powers anymore, and he leads a normal life with family. Zeke also maintains his friendship with Cole and goes on to live a pretty chill life. That is until the other members of the first sons who didn’t give up their research appear and become the antagonists of the next game. And yes, I stayed up to about 12:25 a.m. to write this. Which probably sounds like a bad fan fiction, but eh.

The one where he stays the good guy and the other where he becomes a villain, Reactivates the ray sphere again to gain even more power and then Become the beast and destroys humanity. That would create a paradox. Besides, how did Kessler gain his abilities in the first place? Someone activated the sphere, therefore, it's more a set point in time that, try as you might, likely will happen anyways. Kind of like skynet in terminator.
Something tells me that if Cole trained his powers even beyond Kessler's level, I feel like he could end up becoming electricity kinda like Electro or Livewire.
I beat the game a few times before I realized Kessler was following you the whole game. He spies on you from rooftops and when you look in his direction he moves.

Wait a whole freaking minute. The ray sphere activated all the conduit’s powers when it was detonated, and that includes the beast‘s right? And Kessler KNEW about this fact since he about the beast, knew who created the ray sphere (the first son’s), knew what the ray sphere did, AND could time travel right? So let me ask just one question... WHY THE HECK DIDN’T HE JUST GO BACK IN TIME TO STOP THE RAY SPHERE FROM BEING BUILT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!?!?!!?????
i know some people are against zeke after the first game but he gets REAL clutch in infamous 2 and the evil ending when u have to confront zeke to win it makes u not want to kill zeke (btw zeke was infected by the virus in the second game)

That would create a paradox. Besides, how did Kessler gain his abilities in the first place? Someone activated the sphere, therefore, it's more a set point in time that, try as you might, likely will happen anyways. Kind of like skynet in terminator.

Wait a whole freaking minute. The ray sphere activated all the conduit’s powers when it was detonated, and that includes the beast‘s right? And Kessler KNEW about this fact since he about the beast, knew who created the ray sphere (the first son’s), knew what the ray sphere did, AND could time travel right?
So let me ask just one question...
WHY THE HECK DIDN’T HE JUST GO BACK IN TIME TO STOP THE RAY SPHERE FROM BEING BUILT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!?!?!!?????

i know some people are against zeke after the first game but he gets REAL clutch in infamous 2 and the evil ending when u have to confront zeke to win it makes u not want to kill zeke (btw zeke was infected by the virus in the second game)
I fucking love infamous an insane amount.. so either way after the 1st game.. I love Zeke.. he made the game so much more entertaining.
