This was a good one. I lost my daughter when she was 2 months old. I understand toughness and being by yourself. I still had a 2 year old that I had to take care of. Her father put her on he stomach and she suffocated. 2 days after she passed he left me and I had to then deal with grief of not only losing a baby, her father left, and then having to hold it together and take care of my daughter. Thats a hard pill to swallow. I made it though. Its been a wild hard ride but God!!!! I am blessed still after all of that. God is good and I don't understand why he needed me to go through that but he knows better than I do and I trust him. Amen
I felt like he was talking directly to me.. I raised 3 sons while going to school, working full time, and having them in sports.. All three turned out successful.. It wasn't easy but WE made it!! I am a survivor!
I AM a survivor, Bishop Jakes, your message helped me grieve for the loss of my only offspring. My son, at age 48 passed of asthma. Yes, I recall many days and nights being with him through asthma attacks when he was a child, only to watch him smoke daily as an adult. I stayed by his side the three weeks he was unconscious, in the hospital before he passed. Friends and family wondered why I couldn't cry after he passed; it's because I cried so much during his lifetime. He was a confessed Christian, I believe I will see him again. I raised his two children, my grandchildren into their adulthood and their faith in Jesus Christ. It's only Christ Jesus who "keeps" me strong. And, lets me know I'm not forgotten and actually brings joy to my life in worshipping HIM. YES, Motherhood "IS" from the cradle to the grave.

The most difficult ceremony that I ever listened to. From a boy I could not listen to any messages to do with that crucifixion. I got so upset and cried all day. It was always the saddest day of my life. I wi spend the whole day at the beach alone. Thank God 🙏 today I have the courage to listen. Hum..bui..I still cry. What uh God I serve. Blessings.
Sole Survivor, As a single I lost my son to cancer, I watch him suffer for six months & almost lost my youngest son to a massive heart attack, but God saved him hallelujah!!. Now I have a daughter mental problems at 49yrs old. I was diagnosed with cancer last year. It is in remission know. I am not as weak, I know I have to stay strong for both children. I raise my two daughters on my own worked to three jobs just to do what I had to do my mom babysit I had to pay her to babysit my children room and board so therefore I really didn't have no money left over but yes God was with me all the time on praise God all all the way and I thank you Lord Jesus every everything if it wasn't for God only knows where I would be at thank you God Almighty amen

I paid my Sweetest Sacrifice. After 15 days having spend all my pension payout money to find my child to bury. I sold all my furniture to pay my legal team. I kept calm and prayed at 3am, the time when Jesus Christ gave his Holy Spirit back to His father. I remain praying then.

I am here. My mom visited me last night. I had pulled out picture of her. She is in Heaven caring for my four babies that went to Heaven one year before she went. Her dream was to care for grandkids. I since adopted two school aged troubled boys who have struggled and continue to struggle with life’s challenges to this day. I stand on Gods promises to guide and protect them. He is faithful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽✝️!

I loss my son on 7/13/2020 I hugged him for the last time and told him mama loves you sooo very much and the hug was a hug like he was leaving me and I thank GOD for not allowing me to lose my mind he held me together and sustained me beyond my own understanding!! I know I was the devil that took my son but I do know that he is with The Lord and I am so happy that GOD never left me when everyone else left me alone I have no friends any longer and I went through a break up because no one understands my pain and the agony of losing your first born of four children and he was indeed the first person I ever loved that much at 17 and a single mother to do it on my own, loss my baby to the streets and I can testify and say BUT GOD!!! What your describing Bishop, is my life exactly, I still cry over them, I have 4 kids, they're grown now and know it all. I just lost my son at the age of 31. He overcame heroin addiction, was sober and clean for 6 yrs. and last month he hung himself. By the grace of God and only by his Grace, I'm still here, sober and healthy. I'm still mourning, it comes in waves, but I trust God with all my being. This tragedy did not take me back out. This is the goodness and God's great love for me and I'm honored and grateful to be loved by God. God sees me. That amazes me. By God's Grace, I am almost 5 yrs. sober from alcohol. I just keep going and trusting God. I'm free today by His blood. Glory Glory Glory.
Yes you are. I have 8 kids 5 boys an 3 girls. I gave my daughter up for adoption but my Father is so good he brought her back to me as he promised. I watch my oldest 4 children run away because of my rules I put my trust in God. My husband abused me I still put my trust in God . I've lost my mom at 23 I lost my sister 2 years ago an now my grandmother is on hospice . But I still Trust the Lord. I lost 2 of my children dad at 26 , he didn't work he sold drugs so I couldn't get social security . I just have always put my Trust in God. I know that I may go through but Jesus says I can come out. Come to me all year are heavy laden an I will give you rest. So through the strength of my Father God I'm still here. Through it all I'm still here.

All the sacrifices and heartache, Even losing my son was not easy, especially things that happen beyond our control it was hard dealing with. Mind-blowing events! I thought that my children still deserve to have it all. This gave me the strength to keep going for their sake! Keep looking up and Praising God Almighty !

I loss my son on 7/13/2020 I hugged him for the last time and told him mama loves you sooo very much and the hug was a hug like he was leaving me and I thank GOD for not allowing me to lose my mind he held me together and sustained me beyond my own understanding!! I know I was the devil that took my son but I do know that he is with The Lord and I am so happy that GOD never left me when everyone else left me alone I have no friends any longer and I went through a break up because no one understands my pain and the agony of losing your first born of four children and he was indeed the first person I ever loved that much at 17 and a single mother to do it on my own, loss my baby to the streets and I can testify and say BUT GOD!!! Please keep me lifted in prayer along with my other three children and grandchildren , thank you Bishop for ministering to me day in and day out and I pray that God continues to use you to encourage us all who have loss, 🙏🏾

What your describing Bishop, is my life exactly, I still cry over them, I have 4 kids, they're grown now and know it all. I just lost my son at the age of 31. He overcame heroin addiction, was sober and clean for 6 yrs. and last month he hung himself. By the grace of God and only by his Grace, I'm still here, sober and healthy. I'm still mourning, it comes in waves, but I trust God with all my being. This tragedy did not take me back out. This is the goodness and God's great love for me and I'm honored and grateful to be loved by God. God sees me. That amazes me. By God's Grace, I am almost 5 yrs. sober from alcohol. I just keep going and trusting God. I'm free today by His blood. Glory Glory Glory.

Yes you are. I have 8 kids 5 boys an 3 girls. I gave my daughter up for adoption but my Father is so good he brought her back to me as he promised. I watch my oldest 4 children run away because of my rules I put my trust in God. My husband abused me I still put my trust in God . I've lost my mom at 23 I lost my sister 2 years ago an now my grandmother is on hospice . But I still Trust the Lord. I lost 2 of my children dad at 26 , he didn't work he sold drugs so I couldn't get social security . I just have always put my Trust in God. I know that I may go through but Jesus says I can come out. Come to me all year are heavy laden an I will give you rest. So through the strength of my Father God I'm still here. Through it all I'm still here.
