Hey jaby and Achara, I know you guys talked about a lot of stuff but there’s something I must point out that NO ONE else in the comments has said... Zack never watched the Joss Whedon cut & none of the footage is what he shot. Whew! Glad I said it first. You may have like 8 minutes of other things you talked about but I think I’m gonna solely hone my feedback in on this.
And he said that none of Whedon's reshoots will be in the film either

@@puckpuck18 Nah he said he didn't watch it because it wasn't his movie. Probably didn't want to see his visions corrupted. That also means this movie could be bad because it's not fixing the original theatrical release, it's just giving us Snyders original vision. Nothing more and nothing less.
Zack literally said he would burn the f*ck out of this cut if it contains a shot which was not by him.. So this is all snyder none of it is whedon's (thank god) and the assembly cut of this movie was about 5 hrs so i dont think so they went back and shot more or altered it much. They just worked on the cgi which was incomplete when he left and shot for about 5-10 mins of additional photography which is why u have leto's joker (as well as mera & deathstroke)
Additional photography was about adding extra two scenes that together are 4-5 minutes long. One of those scenes was something that Zack always had in mind to add and the other is something he came up with recently.

Snyder only filmed one extra scene.. This is the original Snyder Cut we would have seen before joss wheadon.. So no Focus group 😂😂The only difference is that we are getting 4 hours.. He's able to put EVERYTHING he shoot back in 2017 in 🤩.. Originally Most likely WB would have made him cut it like BvS but now we are getting the whole thing

The jail drawing scene wasn't Snyder. You can tell because the man in registration was supposed to be a cop in the Snyder version that Cyborg saves during the JL vs Superman scene. That man played Jimmy Olsen in the Reeve movie. Also Ezra is wearing a wig in that prison joke scene.
As Snyder said; if his version would have been released in 2017 as planned, it would have still been 100% compromised.

I wouldn't doubt his VFX guys and part of his original crew - whom he probably is working with again on this, would have seen Whedon's version.....I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Nah, I think you mean that made it into the theatrical cut. Cuz theres the "I heard you talk to fish" joke. Barry's whole introduction where he says "I need friends. Can I keep this?". Etc. I'm sure Zack and Chris Terrio wrote more jokes than just one, as this is supposed to lead to more lightheartedness anyway

@@ki-seonpeck9069 What really happened was the Studio told Zack to make the film funny and he shot many of the scenes 2 times ,first in the way how the studio wanted and then how he wanted.20% of the footage used by Joss is from the parts that Snyder shot for the studio.

2017 Josstice League was the redo, this is Zacks original and intended vision with 5 extra mins.
The opening scene of the trailer showing Superman's scream traveling like a shockwave before dying is amazing. Thats the kind of detail that was missed in the previous part, his scream traveling like a shockwave will let everyone know that something bad has happened.
That is exactly how the joker says "Batman" in every animated series and every game that has ever come. Eventhough its just a line it sends chills down my spine. The delivery is soooo darn good

1. Zack hasn’t seen the film of the theatrical cut as many mentioned before
2. The way stepphenwolf looks was the original look he had back then that now he can have it realized.
3. JL 2017 had reshoots done by whedon changing some scenes up and none I repeat none of them are in this film
4. Only scene Zack added were two short ones. The joker scene with even deathstroke which he had plans way before but couldn’t do it for reasons. And Martian man hunter which he planned to add in the original reshoots back in 2016-2017
5. The music in this film was what junkie xl did back then and whedon never used but junkie finished it and so on.
6. This is Zack film and not whedon nor does he have a writing credit on this
7. That flash scene with the marker was whedon. The rooftop scene with Gordon and the gang was Zack.
8. Superman rebirth and figtt he with the group will be completely different.
This movie was already shot back in 2016 all that was needed to be done was vfx

Hey, Jaby three things to know.
1) They had around 9-10 months to finish everything, including 2,600+ shots of VFX, completely new OST, Sound Mixing, Color Grading, Editing, additional photography etc on a 70 million budget.
2) Zack had his cut of Justice League before he left the job and it was 3 hours and 34 minutes long, he extracted this from his assembly cut that was 5 hours long. So he hasn't redone anything as it was all shot back in 2016 based on a script they wrote in 2015. They only thing which was added to the movie was Joker and as per Snyder's admission, he barely shot 4 minutes worth of extra scenes.
3) None of Joss Whedon's scenes will be in Justice League, in fact, none of Geoff Johns re-writes will be a part of Snyder Cut too, a reason why Geoff Johns and Joss Whedon are not credited in this movie.

@@ABHISHEKSINGH-wj9cj Patty Jenkins, David F. Sandberg, James Wan, David Ayer, all are in support of ZSJL, so, yeah, aside from some disconnect with maybe Shazam (because Shazam takes place much after Aquaman which takes off directly after ZSJL), ZSJL is very much a DCEU film.
Timeline of DCEU so far, as per my understanding-
WW17 - WW84 - MoS - BvS - AyerCut - BoP - TSS (assuming) - ZSJL - AQ - Shazam.
The Batman can be counted as part of DC Multiverse.
Now, we have Black Adam, Shazam!: Fury of the Gods, The Flash, Aquaman 2, and judging by all rumors, speculation and official updates, I'd say this could be the possible/potential updated timeline later on-
Black Adam - DCEU till Shazam - Fury of the Gods - The Flash - AQ2
Note that this is purely based on my understanding, and is also not representative of their respective release dates.

6:50 this is the original film lol the one released in theaters was redone by Whedon. 8:00 the budget was already spent, they added few millions (relatively few) cause most of the movie was already shot before Whedon version

He did not change his vision. This is closest to his original vision from the first draft. He did not change a thing. He shot the Joker scene additionally which was always in his mind as he said anyway.

They would never redo Game of Thrones last season because it was done the way the creators of the series wanted to be done, Snyder's vision was changed because of executive decisions, GOT didn't have that problem, if they remade it, it would be the contrary of what is happening with Snyder's cut now. Also i love season 8 of GOT, and i appreciate that the people that worked on that series since 2005 got the space they wanted to realize their vision.
