I really want to buy this light stick! Although, I never bought a light stick before. Is it possible if I take it to places often without damaging it? And are there any tips on taking care of the light stick or any information on it that I should be aware of before I purchase it?
Christina Tran hello! you can the lightstick anywhere with you, just as long as you’re careful while travelling. however, if you want to be precautious, you can purchase a protective case/pouch online. here are a few tips to take care of your lightstick: -follow the instructions given (especially for the type of batteries to use) -when you’re not using the lightstick, remove the batteries -do not strike or throw the lightstick -do not put excessive pressure on the lightstick as it may cause damage and deformation - keep the lightstick away from water -do not store the lightstick in places with very high temperatures (avoid storing it in direct sunlight) i hope this helped you, and i hope you do end up purchasing the lightstick! :> if you have any more questions, please let me know, i'll be more than glad to help! thank you for watching this video!💖

i recently got a red velvet light stick and dont know if it is official. for example the battery compartment is white and the strap came not attached. help?
lainey reese the strap always comes attached to the light stick. the battery case usually isn’t white, most light sticks and most of the time the battery case is black. an indicator of whether the light stick is real or not is to look at the printed details and sticker on the outer case of the light stick. if you need any help you can compare the light stick outer box and any of the light stick components that were in the video (which was brought directly from SM) to the one you have. i hope this helped :>
