    Breath work,meditation, QiGong, running and weight lifting. I do breatwork, meditation and QiGong daily, and then either run or lift weights alternately. This combination keeps my anxiety and depression away and makes me feel amazing. These practices probably saved my life, without going into a long drawn out story. I also practice a blend of Taoism, Buddhism and Christianity. This Chanel is a Godsend. ☸️☯️☦️

    This is awesome! I did this when I was at Walter Reed Medical Center back in 2015, going through a 30 day out patient program for PTSD and TBI from being wounded by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan. We used the Heart Math EM Wave 2.
    Do you recommend this or any of the Heart Math devices?
    Also do you have some 5 or ten minute videos of this cadence?
    Thank you again for what you do!

    HONEST QUESTION HERE: this is simply breathing in/out at 4 second intervals. So why are people calling it a system, why are people taking credit for it?

    • @EvilhomerNZ
      @EvilhomerNZ 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +18

      Because anything that’s consistent in input, action and output is a system.
      It’s a form of breathwork, breathwork implies intentional control of your breath.
      So even tho its ‘simple’, doing it with intentionality makes it a system.
