i was at a Rave and i had a little communication with my higher self , immediately I felt an Energy building in my pelvic area and running down my legs causing muscle twitches , like guiding my legs energizing my legs to Dance, ir was awesome, must pursuit this more !

Every move resonated with the corresponding Chakra. Colors got clear and prominent accordingly and the best part is when the moves start singing with gestures the throat become a sound instrument itself and the crown chakra become inclusive of all that is!!!! the receptor of ONENESS and divinity bottle necked this body with ecstasy but one can imagine if the bottle neck is ecstasy then the rest of the flow would be so amazing as well ... Please don't be disappointed Kathryn. We always suggest you take it at your own pace as it's an organic unfolding of what happening for each of your chakras. It's not about exercise or dancing at a fast pace. You can also sit or lay down, the music is still resonating with your chakras and you will be benefiting from it. Sometimes you may feel to move, others you may stand still. Experiencing the chakras is always different for everyone. Namaste x
