Bundutec… Gear built for our extreme conditions, For example yesterday I setup in my backyard while it’s raining, awning, Bundutop, entrance cover and Bundusuite to show my mate. Soon after it started raining heavy and a storm blew through with high winds. Very strong winds. I had no concern, the Bundutec gear handled it with no issues. Love this gear. It’s gear you can rely on when the conditions get tough.
Awesome set up you got. I'm from South Africa and purchased a off road trailer with the same tent you got. Unfortunately I have to wait until December before I can use my new trailer. Work in Texas USA and only going back home in December. Super excited
I've seen these before as Eddie was testing and helping to design them a while back before they where released, I thought they would be to heavy for my vehicle, but there only about 5.5 to 6kg. Perfect for my setup.
You did not get the same as mine? If you I ordered the suite you should have got what I have. The other one is called the added room. Which one did you get?
On ya Phil! I've been soooo keen on the Bundutec especially on discovering the Bundusuite! it would suit our set up well (bar a couple of small details) so I'm happy to see an in depth video on the set up & pack up of it all. Good Job!! 👍👍
Hi Phil. Your efforts are really appreciated. Keep up the good work and continue to be the voice of Bundutec for us venturing into this domain. Thank You. Cameron
Looks great phil, awesome shower tent best I’ve seen, hopefully I can have a look at the Mrbuckaroonie’s camp up if that’s okay, still in the market for an awning, not sure what to go with I want a 270 awning that has forward fold as well, I like the bush company but it’s getting expensive, I want to try find a bushwakka darkness in person as well
Hi Phil, just received the added room and bundusuite from South Africa. I was wondering how do you install both to the bundutop? Can you snap a picture of the installed bracket for me to have an idea. The instructions come with it, is hard for me to fallow. Thank you my friend. Ps. Bundutec customer service are fantastic to deal with, very professional.
@@davidmoore7303 Me to, I would love to see one. I'll see if I can arrange to get a video on the super king size next time I'm back down the Gold Coast.
Thank you Phil, I am living in newfounland,Canada. I bought a king size bundu top tent from the dealer in nova Scotia ,Canada. So I contacted the sell person several times to buy the bundusuit, and he don't have it , I have been waiting for two years. So now I am dealing directly with the company in sout Africa. Very friendly customer service. Thank again Phil. I will keep you updated as I receive my package from south Africa.
Thanks for the specs for the ensuite, Phil, however, do you know the weight of just the top added room section in its bag (fitted to the top of the bundutop)? I can’t find weight anywhere on Bundutec website.
Agree 100%. It’s gear built for our extreme conditions, for example yesterday I setup in my backyard, awning, Bundutop, the entrance cover and Bundusuite to show my mate. It was raining. After he left it started to rain a lot heavier and a storm blew through with extreme strong winds. I had no concern the Bundutec gear handled the winds with no issue.
@@PhilsCampingReviews 68kg for tent assuming it's the standard size, 28kg for awning, 7kg for ensuite another couple kgs on the tent awning , 4-6kgs for roof rails 111kg and that's not including any other bedding left inside ..
@@PhilsCampingReviews vehicle roof ratings are not necessarily about the structural strength but manufacturers put 1 in place for COG (centre of gravity) which is calculated by manufacturers on the standard height of the car for safe on road use..so any vehicle that has a lift kit and bigger tires etc raise there cog and technically should be lowering there roof rating...I certainly wouldn't want to swerve to avoid a accident or take it off road even basic 4x4ing with that kinda weight

Looks good, nice little awning room
Thanks! I agree.
We ordered the suite and got the extra room.😂 no biggie, same price and less stuff hanging off the box. Great quality gear.
Built to last.

no problems. I can show the setup of the Bundusuite. Bundutec sell a awning the covers the front.
Defiant add on coming up

Im wondering if a video might be best. I could get both today.
Very nice.
The Bundusuite can also be mounted to a roof rack.
@@PhilsCampingReviews would love to see a video of their super king tent which is 3mtrs long. Also can have a hatch in the floor.

Great ensuite Phil.
Which model Akubra do you wear?
that’s not a Akubra hat. it’s a wool hat I purchased on sale at the local camping store.
Its huge!
Yes. there is lot's of room. and it's lighter than the competitors that are half the size.
Is there any maintenance required? I live in Alaska and am debating about pulling the trigger but wonder about extreme cold?
So far, I've not done anything maintenance wise.
Is the suit attached to the bunda tent
Yes, it is.
It can also be mounted to a roof rack if you don't own a Bundutop.
Phil, it's very nice, can Eddie shipped to Canada. I would like to contact him.
I just spoke to Eddie. He told me you will have to liaise with Bundutec USA or Canada.
I think these are the people you need to talk to for Canada

Love the setup but way to much weight for a 4x4 roof ..good on a canopy rated for more then 100kg
