You're right, you have a lot to be grateful for and I'm glad your injury wasn't worse. I know you put sunscreen on your face but be sure to keep that part of your face out of the sun for a year, if you want to heal up nicely and not scar. Happy healing!

F*ck yeah Casey .. sorry this happened to you. I caught a branch of a dead tree to the face this last season shredding and and it wasnt nearly as clean of a cut compared to yours haha. Nonetheless grateful that I was able to bounce back and that you are ok too. I have a homie that blames it on me (LOL) but you couldnt have said it better with how these things happen when were pushing ourselves and getting gnarly. Its hard for any injury to break you when it comes with progression and hitting new peaks

Right on man so glad to hear it wasn’t pain painful when Niso first had the camera on you I could tell you were a little spooked you had that Oh god I got to get to a mirror look to see how bad it is LOL Instantly start moving your tongue around to see if you got all your Chiclets haha been there for sure but you really are lucky any head damage eyes teeth literally anywhere else and we’re talking thousands of dollars or dental or eye surgery and the homey just stitched you up in your good that’s so rad I don’t know if you remember me you talk to so many people but I had something really similar happen almost 2 years ago to January someone held me at gunpoint at about 11 o’clock at night coming back from a Portland trailblazers basketball game at the arena stopped to grab a Snapple sat there for just a few minutes on my phone honestly Might’ve even been checking for a new vid and getting my GPS going next thing you know a dudes pointing a gun at me sayin give me your keys and your boy Definitely ain’t handin the keys over or going down with out a fight fought for the gun ended up sliding on the ground dude was already on it before me so did the math best option was try to get in the car and dip ended up getting out of there but he took six close range shots at me less than 10 feet missed 4 One skimmed me on the top of the head hardly no damage but one of them did get me in the jaw but the way I had my head turned and kind of went with it literally didn’t lose any teeth eyes anything no nerve damage no facial paralyzation other than a broken jaw that was it Literally all the doctors were in disbelief they were like if you were going to get a shot in the face that’s the one place you wanna get hit because the jaw bone was so strong and there’s so many nerves in the face but that’s the one place but there’s not as many and don’t worry you go on the face if they were damaged they tend to come back after a year needless to say made a full recovery just had the jar wired shut for about 2 months but was literally up at hood riding 10 days after it happened with a full jar wired shut just tryna stoke out with the homies as much as possible which after skating death wasn’t very hard to be stoked to say the least anyways long story short when I got shot I was wearing one of the limited first ever see c vlogs Sweatshirts from one of your first merch drops had so much blood all over it and they cut it off I was begging them not to I was yelling at the paramedics I was like you don’t understand This sweatshirt it’s not just a sweatshirt to me they were like shut up kid we’re cutting it off do you want to live I was like yah 🙄 there just like lay back and chill out anyways ended up hitting you up told you the whole story and you ended up sending me another one in the exact same color to this day I still can’t believe that and still have it to this day wear it on hood all the time and people will literally stop me mid run yo is that a C vlogs sweatshirt im like ya it is and of course if its that 1 you know I got to tell them the story behind it and what you did fortunately I have a bunch but of course this was the only white one I had so it got wrecked but this is starting to turn into a book Anyways brotha just always wanted to say thank you so much express my gratitude to you your team the boys and the dream so many TH-camrs if they would’ve been in that position would have just blown me off but not you man earned a subscriber and a homie for life really hoping you make it up to hood this year
