There are at least 7 people in the shot actually. If you look at the front their is a caped person then if you look at the legs you can differentiate at least 6 people based on the legs. The other one you missed is right at the back where you can see an extra foot.

Not sure about her being the inspiration for the character as Lady Deadpool’s first appearance was in Deadpool Merc with a mouth 7 from 2009 and created by Rob Liefeld, but it would make sense that Ryan Reynolds puts his hot wife in the film as LD. That’s not Taylor Swifts body. She’s had a body of a 17 year old boy. 😂😂😂
