Best Farata (roti) in Port Louis! (Maybe in Mauritius!) Lovely surprise in Victoria Terminal.

There are places where the farata (pasta) is good, and there are places where the filling is, but no places that small stand in Victoria Terminal where the Farata and the filling are the best!

Victoria Terminal, Port Louis. It's in opposite the vegetable market and it's in the middle.
