What’s your favorite mineral sunscreen? Have you found one you love that doesn’t leave a whitecast? Any other thoughts on mineral sunscreens to share with our community?
I love your video!! I love how you mentioned to stop using chemical sunscreens, we have better mineral sunscreens when compared to Europe or Asia and everyone seems to focus on the chemical SPF and how USA won’t regulate many of them BUT we have amazing mineral sunscreens. I’ve been eyeing the BABO botanicals sunscreen and you made me want to check it out even though I don’t need more sunscreen haha
Thank you Gussy! So glad you enjoyed it. And you are so right! We do have plenty of options for mineral sunscreens. Might have to try a few to find one that works for you but they are getting better and better al the time. Check out Babo for sure. It's a really great option. I have been using a tinted version for my face and it works so well. Great shade too. I plan to do a review of the Babo at some point. So many video topics, so little time, lol!
I'll have to try the Babo one you recommend, Zenana! I've tried their Daily Sheer Sunscreen for face and I don't like it because it does leave your face VERY white. For my face I found one by CereVe that has a bit of tint so that it doesn't leave my face white. However, I noticed that it only has 10% Zinc Oxide! Darn. I also like one I found called Bare Republic with an SPF of 70. It is reef safe and has 15.8% Zinc. It does leave my face a little white so I have to put a tint over it or it looks kinda crazy!
Yeah I hear you Charmaine. It's hard to find just the right sunscreen for the face that doesn't leave a whitecast. I just posted a video about a line called Mychelle which has tinted and non-tinted sunscreens for the face. Take a look a let me know if you try one.
My favorite sunscreen rite now is a tie between BADGER SPF 30 ACTIVE and RAW ELEMENTS SPF 30 which I have a video on loved it but it seems like the badger sunscreen you mentioned in a tin very similar

I was using neutrogena but felt irritated , and now i only use kiehls spf 50 and Organic non white cast spf 30 badger.
