Governaments all over the world wanna ban them... but I love my 2006 diesel, dad has a diesel SAAB love it too.
diesel feels fast at low rpms. that is where it is the nicest. whenever you start revving it, it starts to feel gutless.

Nice 100-200km/h time. The Golf 8 must be weighting less than the Golf 7 2.0 TDI 150ps. The Golf 7 needed about 35 seconds from 100 to 200km/h.
Or maybe more advanced engine
golf 8 has much better aerodynamics
They refined the engine and the DSG, the new DSG handles the torque better, you can feel it while driving.

gtd its look the same engine as golf r line what is diffrent ?
GTD does have 200hp and r line 150hp
It seems golf 8 1.5tsi 150hp 250nm has better acceleration and faster reach even 240kmh, very strange because this diesel has 150hp and more torque 360nm.
Its the same. Etsi is more noisy 🤢
A lot noisier than expected. Especially the wind noise. Doesn't seem to pull any more effortless than petrol engine.

It's not. Noise is a well-known problem in mazda 3. Golf is quieter car in it's class

Personally that is the worst looking golf they have made whether its the camera or what but the shape looks like they tried to make it beefier but ended up like they cut the springs of a tiguan and the rest of the shape a recycled 7.5🤦♂️
