Without a doubt Foxy is one of the most honest, straight talking and funny blokes out there. Never get bored listening to him and love the books and projects he has done.
Jason Fox has helped enormously those currently suffering mental health illness, mainly because one of the keys to addressing your issues is first to recognise & admit you have a problem to begin with, many try to bury, deny & ignore there's a problem in the first place. Also, to see Jason seek & then accept medical help & explain his journey is incredibly empowering & actually helpful to others watching this video.
Ive never listened to an audiobook more in repeat than this legend. Thank fcuk he never jumped off that cliff. Saved me mentally through an abusive relationship and all the rest of it. Thank you for raising your head above the parapit and what you do. Respect from another ex mil.
Nailed it again, Dodge 👍 i love these ex special forces talking, especially about mental health issues. It strikes a chord with many including me and they give inspiration to keep fighting 👏 Jason fox is one of the best Humble and down to earth but hard as nails underneath. Everyone can exercise the body and become healthy, best by finding a trainer.....but the mind is critical as well and sometimes it just helps to have a sounding board 'trainer' to help get you back in shape!
Foxy is the best. His transparency about mental health and the Armed/Special Forces is incredible. The stigma attached to these issues is slowly becoming a thing of the past because of people like him. Very interesting interview. Love hearing the reality behind these boys’ lives. Massive respect.
What a great interview. “He who dares Rodney” so many chuckles along the way! A very open and positive story which I’m sure will have a positive impact on many people going through similar struggles.
Can listen to Foxy for hours, top bloke and so interesting listening to his story. But loved loved loved hearing you both speak about loving the clean feeling with alcohol.
