For Art & Animation, you'll need Adobe Animate, which you can watch tutorials on. For code, DEFINITELY use Psych Engine. It's probably the easiest engine you can use for beginner modders. For charting, take a few notes from this video

Well, yes but actually no. After the song finishes, in the main menu it says, that it's the "Blast" song, not "God Eater".
