Hello There, this is a great comparison video, the first one is a bit louder and clearer, thank you for sharing this, it's much appreciated. Cheers Peter :)
@@geekout7781 Hello There, I meant the Shure sm7b being the slightly better one based on the description in comparison to the Rode Podmic, to be honest as you said with some configuration of the audio settings you could probably configure it to a similar quality and therefore the Rode Poic would be a much better value and quality Microphone to go for in this instance. Cheers Peter :)
The Podmic is amazing for the price. I’m very happy using them on my stream. Budget was especially important because my wife and I stream together and both use mics for the best quality sound. I’ve not been disappointed. Just need to get better with EQ. I have the tendency to drive up the high and the low too much I think because it sounds different once it gets compressed on the livestream. Any tips for EQ?
That RØDE Podmic does sound really good for the price. Sorting Amazon by review count is a good way to find the most popular stuff. The Blue mics have 11-12,000 reviews for example.
The podmic is more affordable so even if you need a cloudlifter with it if you don't have the mixer your not buying a arm and a leg when you purchase it would I like a sm7b of course but I'm not buying it until I can afford it
All equipment used in this video I have left links in the description for you to see. Thank you so much for the supports
Røde means red in Danish and I love that there's the red mic connected to a BLUE mic arm. Literally Red and Blue duo
🤣🤣🤣 love it lol

aww thanks mate, yeah im reviewing that soon i hope
you don't need a fethead. also why is it 400 punds??? got it for much less
It stays priced at 400 dollars because it's the industry standard the price doesn't change unless it's used or if it Black Friday when it's on sale
@@theoutsiderjess1869 i thought you said 400 pounds, might've misheard
sorry my mistake should of said dollars lol
