In the same interview Isaiah said he took everything and Bill he didnt take anything.
I could definitely tell the kid actors seemed off when filming the new scenes, but I still say they did an amazing job. The adult actor and child actor for Eddie look exactly alike. Bill Skarsgard is amazing. One of the best movies of all time for sure.

Chapter 2 was a little too comical to be scary for me. I still really liked the film but the first one's sense of dread was lost in this one because of the silly moments. All this time I thought the childhood flashback scenes were actually shot in advance back when part 1 was being filmed. That is a testament to the masterful retouch work that was done. I'm gonna go watch Chapter 2's flashback scenes more closely & with a newfound appreciation.
