Amazing story. I love what is said about responsive development. Adapting his design to the hills and slopes instead of cutting them set him apart. His story is unique considering his background in Dentistry. I like your quick comparison to Lagos where developers don’t take greenery too serious for lack of land (space). Rwanda is a small country in terms of land area but they have BIG dreams and vision. Real estate is a CLASSIC and EVERGREEN business. As a species we human will continue to procreate and we will continue to need shelter. Real estate is where the rich hide their money and wealth. I must not forget to mention the path of FUTURISTIC niche that this young man is pursuing. Well done and thanks for bringing us this story. Thanks Steve.
I’ve met Johnson in Kigali. He’s a professional and smart man with great knowledge. He deserves more recognition! I will definitely contact him when i start my project in Kigali. He is the future of Rwanda indeed! 🙏🏼
I like what he said about how you can't assist Africa's development if you're in the diaspora; you have to return to the African continent to help with development. Nice interview; we need more of these forward-thinking African men and women in the diaspora to return home and contribute to their nations' development.
Well SAID @Anezirichukwu Ochor being a part of the African Diasporan community SOLUTIONS team is the way forward towards building the NEW AFRICA 🌍 we desire to see in our lifetime! 🇷🇼🇷🇼🇷🇼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Hi, there your viewer from TRINIDAD&TOBAGO in the CARIBBEAN luv how u as content creator always showing up the beauty & the beautiful sites & success stories & transitions of our ppl for e.g. this guy from dentistry to real-estate they shot me down here telling me that AFRICA is poverty & bush I like how u are changing the narrative of that foolish statement keep making& bringing more videos on the diaspora called AFRICA.
The greenery in East Africa is everywhere, in cities & small towns, in large scale agricultural lands & village farms, along the roads, in mansions & apartment blocks, in the wildlife parks..etc..Which makes their countries very beautiful, serene & very refreshing. Their intimacy with mother is truly awesome.
I have worked with these guys (FDG) it was an amazing experience. My dream was to build a house on a hilly kind of land, that kind of stuff you see on TV (Beverly Hills) 😁😁😁, I didn't want to cut the slop... Mehn it was not a joke, but we made it! We don't regret choosing them among others. Keep shining guys. No limit.
This is super impressive to see a real estate businessman follow the slopes, hills and rocks. Great concepts on architecture should be responsive as human beings need valuable amenities in their houses, awesome designs, attention to details and yes architectural design has a very big responsibility to push civilization on the continent of Africa.
I just love this guy. 😀 😍 ❤️ 💕 I have said this many times, Steven is the next big thing. Not just in terms of numbers but value preposition. He carries himself extremely well, no controversies, excellent detail with quality videography and companies will love this
This is so much epic. He got skills and talent. Separate careers and he decided to go for designing. I love the fact he is unique in separating he’s vision from others. Nice interview as always and very inspirational
Another great video Steven! You’ve been my favorite online travel guide for a few months!!! I’ve watched and followed Real Housewives of Lagos and Durban. I love how African born women are so refined, beautiful and classy! I’ve learned a lot from African born influencers 🌍🌍❤️
Good to see someone working with the land gradient. We need more builders like him in Africa….well done Steve for highlighting such remarkable development.
I really like this brother's approach. He not just looking to buy cheap land and use cheap labor to build houses, and then sell them at an exorbitant price to become a millionaire, but he is thinking about working with the environment to create homes with an atmosphere to suit the spirit, soul, and body of the person. I wish him all the best.
Always great to see brand new videos from our Real Estate Guru, brother Steven. The Rwandan brother is talented, great seeing him putting his talents to change face of his lovely nation. He is a winner!😎
Lesson learnt " we need to find ourselves in the things that we love." ❤ Well SAID Visionary Leader true son of our beautiful Motherland AFRICA such a GREAT INSPIRATION 🇷🇼 🌍 🙂
I love this, is nice to see places in Africa building this kind of houses. But i hope n the future, that people also can build good cheap houses that everyone can afford. We need to stop powerty.
So inspiring! Thanks for featuring such a great mind. As regards the greenery, I thought of it just before you guys mentioned it in the video. One of the things I don't like about Lagos houses is the absence of greenery and ridiculous pricing.
In 2000, I had a Rwandan friend, who fled his country because of the Rwandan political situation at that time. His name is Jossel Mbutu. He traveled through Kenya, then Singapore then to Indonesia (Jakarta). He planned to go to Brazil. He was a very nice and smart man. He said his father was a Tutsi and his mother was a Congolese. He studied at Kinshasa. At that college he befriended Dikembe Mutombo (an NBA player). Hi Jossel, if you are reading this message, please contact me.
Is Lagos the only city in Nigeria? Mention one city in Africa that has the population and landmass of Lagos. It is laughable to compare Kigali to Lagos.
Good job Ndukwu and just to add I remember watching Nollywood cinemas as a child and I couldn't help but wonder why Nigerians build beautiful houses but disregard landscaping by making concrete all all over. I think your voice can be heard over there to fix that part. Thank you for show casing African real estate.

If you find some thing and you love it, spend much time doing it. I agree, from 🇨🇩🇨🇩🇨🇩.
We both share a similar ideology about how designs should be carried out. I love to design with terrains. Great video.

Should come to the UK all houses look the same
Great content that is making Africa great .
Thanks to your video about Rwanda developments .i agree Lagos is Congested & Too much traffic with bad roads & expensive properties
Is Lagos the only city in Nigeria? Mention one city in Africa that has the population and landmass of Lagos. It is laughable to compare Kigali to Lagos.
20 million plus people in just 3,000 Square kilometres. It is the smallest state in Nigeria. Try Abuja for the greenery.
I like, I like.......
Well done Steve👏
I totally feel him I took MA courses once I seen how personal you have to be I was turned off I love to work with ppl but not that closely lol 🤷🏽♀️
Nice. Very inspiring 🇳🇬

Very Inspiring Story. Great Transition from Medical to Architecture.
Build along the slope 🔥

Nigerians have a love of concrete and astro turf
Let them do the floor plan architecture and hand it to you but do not make a mistake to let them build your house because they are dishonest.
Great video, Steven!!
What's his architecture school
Nice vlog Steven
