Great stuff. Just bought one 2nd hand on eBay on the strength of this video. Current live set up is Analog 4 Mk2 and a Digitakt. Doing quite a lot of gigs atm and this will give me plenty more options.

You get so much at of the Model Cycles- great use of tweaks to get transitions and keeping the track progressig. I really need to spend more time with my Model Cycles- I want to add it to my other gear, but it stands well on it's own with careful sound choices and live tweaking as you show so well in this video.

Amazing! How do you change from pattern to pattern (D01 to D02 for example) in such a smooth way? If I program 2 different patterns when I change from one to another the sound stops and jumps to the other pattern. I understand that you leave one pattern with the same elements that you start the next one?

Would you recommend the cycles over the samples? I want a techno groovebox with lots of different melodic sounds

So I only have the cycles and want to buy the samples soon. I would use both for different aspects. The cycles is a hands-on FM-synthesizer. So it is good for shaping your own mostly-organic sound. The samples I would use more for percussion, but that is my take :)
