Lost my appendix 5 years ago. Looking through utube. Stumbeled on dr berg. Did keto. Was 140 lbs patite and 57. Lost 30 lbs and never felt better. Lost extra weight even a year or two larer. My smallest was 94 lbs. Ive avwraged out at 16 to 120. Healthy fasting or just one meal a day. Best devision I ever made. See for yourself. See if it makes sence to you.
