Thanks for the great video! Do you work on all cards ? Like vegas, titans etc ? Would be interesting to see something like that! One more question what kind of fuses do you use for replacement ? best regards!
@@KrisFixGermany i most of the times check all the pcie lines to the gpu to see if the resistances are equale, but if the vrm section or another part inside the die is shorted i think it will not show up on the pcie lines, is it correct like that?
Basically first pair on the front and back is enough. For Nvidia PEX and 1v8 are very important, for AMD 0v75 and SOC ( if available) also 3v3 for Vega.
Again awesome video, i have a old card: Geforce 780 GTX wich is not working. Fan does spin, but no display output. This card belong to my nephew. Now, i dont know if it worth sending it or not.

Hi Kris nice fault finding and good thermal camera. It is very usefull i think this one is not easey without thermal camera to find the fault
Honestly I was not expecting this capacitor to be the problem. In this situation the thermal camera saved a lot of time.
Thumbs-up 👍.. more AMD repairs more.. 😀
More to come!
Nice content with valuable information, good job & Danke .
Awesome video
Wow nice bro what size capacitor to replace?
And how to find out this broken capacitor without a thermal camera...?
Hey ! which model is your thermal camera ? Thats fuucking good
Hi, just check the video description
If 0.3ohms cpu resistance is fine, how can you decide if the cpu is dead or not?
There is no simple way to diagnose dead core. From experience over 90% from dead GPU Silikons have good resistance to GND.

Thank you. I think that repair + shipping costs for GTX780 is approximately equal to used and working one. But of course it is your decision
@@KrisFixGermany i understand, no worries. The card so old and not worth it. Anyho, thanks for reply. ♥
