Hikari's "Reflection" is a response to this song. He's asking her if he remembers things, and in Reflection she goes over her memories. When someone reflects, they are focusing on the past, so Hikari's song is an obvious answer to TK's.

And Mrs. Takaishi and Yamato had like zero relationship in 01, he was kind of awkward around her. The trailer came out today and it showed that the only one not smiling is Takeru. Not even Patamon is smiling. Considering that he's been through a lot (parents divorced and seeing Angemon dying) and has a lot of resentment towards darkness inside him that came out on occasions in 02 like when he kicked Kens ass in a very cool guy mode, I can already see them exploring this! What if something happens that makes Takeru go rogue and cause Patamon TK dark digivolved and goes on his own and then Kari goes to find him and get him TK recover! That would be perfect.
IamImplex I spot that too... glad it's not just me there is something off ^^ in fact in all poster out of Tri, the closest to smiling we see of him is the full front of his face in trailer but that is barely a smile considering he is one character that smile a lot in previous series. Yo tengo dos traumas con digimon,: el primero de ellos tiene que ver con la muerte de Leomon tanto en la serie original como en Tamers, fue una de las primeras muertes que lloré en anime, junto con la de Krillin en Dragon Ball. El segundo trauma que sufrí con digimon fue que las parejas que más me gustaban no sucedieron. Lo de Sora y Taichi lo he ido superando con el tiempo, la verdad es que siempre he considerado a Tai un ejemplo a seguir, pues fue capaz de superar cualquier cosa que tuviera con Sora y hasta alentarla para que siguiera su camino. Pero lo de Takeru y Hikari era seguro, y aún así todo quedo en un no se sabe. Yo no he sido capaz de superar eso todavía y de verdad me atormenta, incluso después de todos estos años. amigo, es mas ke obvio ke tenian planeado hacerlos pareja, pero si checas las respues ke los autores dieron, y las posiciones y tambien declaraciones ke da la compañia es mas ke obvio ke terminaron juntos y casados, PERO como ke se pelearon, el autor keria una cosa la compañia otra, y a manera de presionarlos y deskitarse, no puso cosas ni tomo decisiones respecto a la serie solo por molestarlos(como lo de las bestias sagradas, ke puso despues en digimon 3), o de nuevo presionarlos para ke lo dejaran hacer lo ke el keria, ke era terminar la serie de una buena ves, el nisikiera keria meter a kari a la historia oficial, pero la decision fue de la empresa y ke paso??? +joey8062 Not much might change, but somethings may change anyway. As we know now, they are /definitely/ shipteasing Mimi and Koushiro. Unashamedly. I doubt they'll retcon canon pairings (meaning, we won't see Taiora, or if they do bring the 02 kids back, Ken and Miyako go off with anyone else), but they definitely seem unafraid to add (or at least tease) things that definitely were not in the canon of either Adventure or Zero Two. As we now know, Koumi is one of those things. Perhaps Takari will be another, especially with Daisuke out of the way (for better or worse lol). They could take advantage of the fact Takeru never specified who /he/ was with even in the epilogue, only that he was a writer. Since three years have passed since Zero Two and Tri, it's possible that Daisuke (if he does come back) finally got over Hikari not liking him. I guess we'll have to wait and see, but if there's one thing that can be said about this series, it's that they are definitely /not/ afraid to ship tease.

@ABKGenesis I don´t know where you can find it but... reading in some pages, I found that even in the japanese version they don´t mention it, but watching T.K´s son and kari´s son, they look very similar, so they say they are twins! and that kari and TK are together.. The explanation of not saying this in the final chapter it´s suposed to be that they didn´t want to make angry to the fans of "daikari" and you can see that they didn´t mention matt and zora marriage but that it´s a true fact.
This is so obviously about kari! Takari is cannon, the producers wouldn't release these matching songs solong after the show if it wasn't also the song, the beat and the lyrics itself are very nice!

Considering that he's been through a lot (parents divorced and seeing Angemon dying) and has a lot of resentment towards darkness inside him that came out on occasions in 02 like when he kicked Kens ass in a very cool guy mode, I can already see them exploring this! What if something happens that makes Takeru go rogue and cause Patamon TK dark digivolved and goes on his own and then Kari goes to find him and get him TK recover! That would be perfect.

I spot that too... glad it's not just me there is something off ^^ in fact in all poster out of Tri, the closest to smiling we see of him is the full front of his face in trailer but that is barely a smile considering he is one character that smile a lot in previous series.

Yo tengo dos traumas con digimon,: el primero de ellos tiene que ver con la muerte de Leomon tanto en la serie original como en Tamers, fue una de las primeras muertes que lloré en anime, junto con la de Krillin en Dragon Ball. El segundo trauma que sufrí con digimon fue que las parejas que más me gustaban no sucedieron. Lo de Sora y Taichi lo he ido superando con el tiempo, la verdad es que siempre he considerado a Tai un ejemplo a seguir, pues fue capaz de superar cualquier cosa que tuviera con Sora y hasta alentarla para que siguiera su camino. Pero lo de Takeru y Hikari era seguro, y aún así todo quedo en un no se sabe. Yo no he sido capaz de superar eso todavía y de verdad me atormenta, incluso después de todos estos años. Creo que es la única pareja de anime que me gusta y me sigue gustando, y no acepto que no fueran amantes...
amigo, es mas ke obvio ke tenian planeado hacerlos pareja, pero si checas las respues ke los autores dieron, y las posiciones y tambien declaraciones ke da la compañia es mas ke obvio ke terminaron juntos y casados, PERO como ke se pelearon, el autor keria una cosa la compañia otra, y a manera de presionarlos y deskitarse, no puso cosas ni tomo decisiones respecto a la serie solo por molestarlos(como lo de las bestias sagradas, ke puso despues en digimon 3), o de nuevo presionarlos para ke lo dejaran hacer lo ke el keria, ke era terminar la serie de una buena ves, el nisikiera keria meter a kari a la historia oficial, pero la decision fue de la empresa y ke paso??? FUNCIONO, estoy seguro ke tampoco keria hacer la temporada 2, AL MENOS NO CON ESOS PERSONAJES E HISTORIA, el ya keria hacer la historia de digimon 3, y dejar a la primera generacion por la paz.

I doubt they'll retcon canon pairings (meaning, we won't see Taiora, or if they do bring the 02 kids back, Ken and Miyako go off with anyone else), but they definitely seem unafraid to add (or at least tease) things that definitely were not in the canon of either Adventure or Zero Two. As we now know, Koumi is one of those things. Perhaps Takari will be another, especially with Daisuke out of the way (for better or worse lol).
They could take advantage of the fact Takeru never specified who /he/ was with even in the epilogue, only that he was a writer. Since three years have passed since Zero Two and Tri, it's possible that Daisuke (if he does come back) finally got over Hikari not liking him. I guess we'll have to wait and see, but if there's one thing that can be said about this series, it's that they are definitely /not/ afraid to ship tease.

@ABKGenesis I don´t know where you can find it but... reading in some pages, I found that even in the japanese version they don´t mention it, but watching T.K´s son and kari´s son, they look very similar, so they say they are twins! and that kari and TK are together.. The explanation of not saying this in the final chapter it´s suposed to be that they didn´t want to make angry to the fans of "daikari" and you can see that they didn´t mention matt and zora marriage but that it´s a true fact.

But, in the dub, before the Phantomon incident, Matt/Yamato is watching her while Tai/Taichi goes to free the people, she talks about how she misses her parents, and Matt responds by telling her that Tai is only 1 person, and he may not succeed. Then she cries, and Gabumon tells him to have some sympathy. But, I think that is the only time she is a bit of a crybaby.
