Great run gents! discovered your channel through some discussion on the USP page. I've been plowing via trucks for a long time, and have started to do more with tractors, but never really thought to record it lol. I'm going to attempt to chronicle my season this year. Bought a tractor this year with a Hiniker scoop plow and a box blade to play with. Never really occurred to me until USP that I have the recipe almost correct... Probably wait until next spring to look for an inverted blower now. It's pretty picked clean out here. Anyway, happy holidays bud. Catch you later.
How did that blower break? I had this business model probably 8 years ago and thinking of finally dipping my toe in it next season (if we start getting snow). Just trying to get a grasp on what might break and how.
@@Dr.SnowRemoval How often do pins break. Ive only used a regular walk behind blower and only broke a pin or two on chunky, frozen stuff at the end of the driveway.
@@jandblawncare8570With a good operator and experience they won’t break more than once or twice per storm but with poor operators and wet snow (which is what I’m in most of the time) they break 1 every 10 or 15 driveways.
Yes we sold our 4052R’s, in my opinion smaller units like that will not work in my area until my density increases over time. After about 1200 driveways I plan to start buying L60’s but for now it’ll be the new M6.
Great job!!!
Thanks!

I discuss it in my next weeks video, but overall it was a shear bolt failure that lead to over concentrated tension on a weld that couldn’t handle it.
