      @@balajisrinivas495 her statement was not completely correct maybe the source which she accessed would tell you that Bengaluru was the first City to receive electricity. But the fact is that Kolar was the first mining region in the world to use electricity, when John Taylor & Sons brought it to the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) in 1902. However, India's first major power station was actually a hydroelectric power station near the Sivasamudram falls of the Cauvery in Karnataka, which was commissioned in 1902. The power generated at this station was mainly used for the KGF mines, which were about 90 miles away. So during those days to loot the place or to take all gold from KGF(nearly 800 tons) they introduced electricity there. Majorly to fund their World War 1. So this incident is not recorded properly in our history textbooks. Hence we Kannadigas don't know properly.

    Its very emotional and proud moment to see the maharaja yaduveer wadiyar speaking so gently and he is the true symbol of how royal he is and his royal family. And its proven that throughout myssore history wadayars were proven that they were kind towards people instead of showing their might and violence over people like other kings at that time ,they showed love and gave devlopment to the wellbeing of their people,thats the reason even till today they r being almost revered equal not less than a god . Though i dont wanna apply any community or caste to their dynasty but chamaraja wadiyar itself in his biography described that their forefathers came from dwaraka who were purely descendants of yadav kings during that time. Wadayars were and are kings of people....❤❤ . As he said that tipu killed around 1000 people on diwali and till today that village is not celebrating diwali to mark that brutal violence by tipu. Only best thing Britishers under lord Wellesley did was slaughtering tipu in Mysore capital sri ranga patna and giving back mysore to the original rulers that is "wadayars".... Its great to have looke in history ❤.

      @sudhakar7889 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Raja dharma has nothing to do with English. Just because someone learns to read and write or learn a foreign language doesn't mean he's educated. In education, morality comes first and then knowledge. However much educated he must be of his moral compass is not right, it's useless.
      To do Raja Dharma, he's no more Raja now. Even PM modi says he's a servant of people.

    • @areascoda2912
      @areascoda2912 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @@sudhakar7889 i agree that Raja dharma has nothing to do with English. But English will help in connecting with the global Kannada population,
      Raja Dharma is the moral code of conduct that is applicable to all leaders and politicians around the world. Yudishtira understood Raja Dharma. Also Rama, Buddha, Ashoka, Akbar, Nehru, and Ambedkar.
      Yaduveer has studied the ancient scriptures and modern history - and actively participates in community activities. Scholars around the world are very impressed with him. He is a public servant, and will seek to emulate Mahavishnu and uphold righteousness and virtue. I think he will Make India Great Again.

    • @sudhakar7889
      @sudhakar7889 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@areascoda2912 Okay. Your explanation of Rajdharma is convincing and rightfully so. Do we Kannada people even have Kannada Asmithe in us? I don't think so. Not many. That's why our global identity or even the identity inside the country is so tiny and unnoticeable.
      I have not heard anything about his work if they are so revered around the world by scholars. Maybe enlighten me about that. I'll look into it myself if time permits me. Before making India great again ( if it was before), let him make his name heard by working in Karnataka. Especially the backward areas. I have not heard much about his work and am not even optimistic about it. Anyways thanks.

    Sri Wodeyar is highly knowledgeable, he actually used all his privileges in the most righteous way and learnt everything that was at his expense. Amazing, what a lesson for other privileged families across the country.
    For the host, Hampi, Badami, Halebeedu are world heritage sites for a reason, you have to observe their carvings and the science behind it is still incomprehensible. So please don't ignore those conversations and deviate it to rock climbing sites. You don't have to be a believer to marvel at some of the creations.

    Eloquence, great presence of mind, respect for one's tradition and dharma and heritage, eagerness to embrace all new things and yet continuing to be part of the great tradition are the hallmarks of our Maharaja of Mysore-he and his progeny will always be the maharajas for us who are from the state of Mysore. We owe a lot to this family of great and generous to the fault, rulers . Congratulations and best wishes for a lot of achievements to come in the way of our current Mahajara! 🙏🙏🙏 Those support the corrupt CONgress neta family should draw a comparison of such a personality to those in that family and figure out who they should support and follow.
