Please this virtual visa card by Ecobank has no withdrawal function. You can only use the money on it for purchases. The only way to withdrawal the money on it is by deleting the card.. If you want a virtual visa card with withdrawal option then , create one on flutterwave..

Please logout and login again but when when logging in omit the first zero (0) of your phone number...
But before you log out make sure you remember your security questions..
If you face difficulties in logging out . Remove or uninstall the app and reinstall it ..
